Hayley is teaching me at the moment,i learnt to invert last week and she encouraged me so much ,if i can get half as good as this i will be happy,pole dancing is so much more than i thought! no pain ,no gain is all i can say!!

I have a stack of notecards by the computer to jot notes of great poses to mention in my comments. I just had to TOTALLY give up this time--so much good stuff was going on it was simply ridiculous trying to keep up! But just a few--Rosana's perfect leg extensions in all moves, Jo T.'s Aysha climbs, Black short's ankle hang, Hayley's abdominal power flex-down and scorpio off the hip, and a million other great moves. Bravo ladies, a real knock 'em dead video!
