how do you provide power to the buggy?

Gunskimod I really want to thank you for your tuterials, today I made a Buggy like this( not exact the same) and al you tuterials helped me very much, I learned multi parent from you, how to make a suspension and how to desing cars. If you search jelknab on YouTube you will find 2 video's if buggys, I made them with your tuts and evey one asks me for dupes of them, but I don't give away my stuff.

Make the steering wheel move with the wheels, also delta the steering a bit.

When you turn the steering wheel turns also. Smoothing so that it turns slow to start then speeds up as you hold it.

It's not an "engine". It's just thrusters. Anything else just brings more lag.
