This was the first hockey game I ever went to.My girlfriend got us seats right on the glass near the Pittsburg penalty box.As soon as we sat down two players hit the glass with the ref pressed between them.I saw the refs face mashed on the glass from about 21/2 feet.. Then this fight breaks out, I was like "Man, hocky is AWESOME".
I met Langway back then as a kid, and seeing him here in the video just reminds me of how tough of a guy he truly was. Look at everyone holding him back here, forget throwing down at him lol. Nice brawl.
