glee did the best they could do, but the theme of the film doesnt suit the tv show. the film is a cult classic and glee is a very popluar mainstream programme, and its already very difficult to cover such a well loved song or musical for that matter. anyway and the creator of glee should know that, so i dont think a few critical comments on hear is going to either tarnish his reputation or make him even care tbh... i dont think they did it to show their range anyway i believe they did it to ...
