I was on Taji from Aug. 07-Jan. 07 then I was one of the "lucky ones" that got shipped off to the COPS. I never saw a dust storm like that in my stint in Taji, I sure did in Sadr City though, not too far from Taji. Good times arent they boys? I miss it, I won't lie.

Worked in Taji Tower from JUN 08-MAY 09. Iraqi pilots can't fly for S**T.

My unit from 4th ID took over Taji in OIF 1 when nothing but some busted out buildings was there. WOW what a change this place has gone threw.

haha, I was on Taji from December 08 to September 09. I remember all those dust storms. I was over by DFAC 3.
