This is the finest Blue-Eyed Soul you'll ever hear. Cousin Jimmy's incredibly memorable song should be a standard in the genre. Greatly impressed by this song since the hot Spring of 1980, haven't whatsoever changed my opinion.
When I first heard this song I thought that the performer could have either been Daryl Hall or Todd Rundgren before finding out who it really was. Along with them, Jimmy Hall has that same soulful and powerful voice. I am so glad that you posted it plaiiboi143. This is such a wonderful and overlooked song and is nearly impossible to find.
@Doobie1975 Somebody misspelled the title, it is suppose to be "I'm Happy That Love Has Found You." I have this on an LP vinyl. Great song! Brings back good memories.
@roadglide21 It is a great song that is very hard to find on CD, I have seen this song on Radio Daze: Pop Hits of the 80s Vol. 4 and I regret not buying that CD.
Oh man! Late 1980 and I was a young Marine stationed at Camp Lejuene NC and they use to play this jam a lot in the bars and the radio. Wow! Where have 30 years gone too???
Reminds me of about 30 years ago when I was getting ready to graduate from high school and join the navy. The radio station back in Buffalo, NY would play this song all of the time. What a great song.

For some reason I thought the title of the song was "I'm Happy That Love Has Found You", great song and definitely an underrated 80s classic

@Doobie1975 I tried buying it just recently on Amazon with no luck. I'll keep searching; maybe I'll find it.
