No, her chest was toned down so that the animation short could be put on the DVD for a family-friendly film (Finding Nemo.) This IS the original :)

the funniest of all, is that this short was created as some kind of amateur test, but the way ppls were poor creating textures in the beggining of anmations careers is just PERFECT for plastic/glass stuff

Concerning the Miami Beach figurine...Disney/Pixar rereleased Knick-Knack to theatres a few years ago with a "fixed" version. She is now flat-chested.
