@warriorwaffle79 absolutely free and it is a big necessity for people that do a lot of downloading,or even a little downloading, a zip or rared file is a compressed file, for instance, a 1 gigabyte game can be compressed down to... oh say around 400 megabytes, winrar (the program im using) can be found on filehippo (dot) com, after the time limits up, it will nag you too buy the program whenever you use it, they say 7zip is better ( you can also download that from the link i gave you) no adds.

Takes a deep breath* You have to download the HEK, using that you can edit maps. Then download the HEK+, Rip Bloodgulch/Any map you want to edit, then open the .Scenario tag in Sapien. On the heirachy view, press add new, find your tags, add them. Then go to the part of the heirachy view that your tag is (E.G. warthog goes in Vehicles), On the properties view, choose the thing you want to add, set it up, then right-click on the game view to add it there. Save, compile it with tool, done.

any game is better on a pc unless u dont have a pc that can run high detailed games. on pc u can hack and mod it wich makes it way better
