  • I started about 2 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The Instructors and professors are excellent at what they do. Countryside Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a premier martial arts gym!

  • I started training at GB Countryside and it has been fantastic. I originally got into it for fitness, but now that I've lost about 30 lbs. I have changed my focus more to competition. That's the great thing, there is something for everyone there. Eveyone makes you feel like you've been there for years. If you have ever even considered trying BJJ, pop in for an intro class. If you don't like it you have nothing to lose. It's one of the best decisions I ever made.
