  • how did you edit this??? please tell me, u did an awesome job.

  • are there any new videos from this channel? i really like the stuff on here

  • great point about the physical differences between men and women being used to show how ridiculous the whole "revenge" rationalization is. especially with the lisa rios situation, big pun having been 700 lbs.

  • This is a damn good video.

  • I not a advocate of abusing women at all however women must be responsible for their own actiosn if your willing to hurt someone physically don't be surprise by the response. Simple logic. Or try this one "Do under to others as you want them to do unto you"

  • i would of rather heard you talk about this issue... this is totally biased, guys who hit women are totally wrong, we cant stop guys from hitting women the only one who can stop it is the women themselves by not empowering them to do it by staying with them. its a frustrating topic cause its like someone going to mcdonalds for a couple months or years without a problem then going there and getting food poisoning then trying again and getting sick... well guess what stop going

  • @gamervivek I would have to look into that a bit closer. i agree it doesn't seem very likely the LEADING cause of death among female would be homicide.

Either way I wasn't arguing for that. I was arguing against some idiot who was claiming that women murder men at the same rate as men murder women. Which isn't true. And no link in the world will convince me otherwise.

  • I like what she said about Big Pun. She is right and people need to stop seeing everything in black & white. It's not always so simple as to say 'this guy is a great rapper and therefore everything about him is great and he is a saint that could never do anything wrong or bad'. Nor is it as simple as to say 'this guy beat his wife so that makes it impossible for him to also be a talented rapper'.

  • That Bitch sound real stupid

  • just like a women to play victim. guess she didnt know that women are killing men just as much as it men killing women. we're both wrong n why u even judging anyone i thought we was suppose to leave that up too God.

  • @Jizzboy33 Women murder men just as often as men murder women? Hahaha, really? Show me ANY statistics that prove that. Any at all! I'll bet all my life saving that you can't, because that is a 'fact' you grabbed straight out of your ass!

  • 4:42 - 4:52

    ....... WHAT?!

  • i bet dats not even her cuz ur just a dude u wont meet some kind of newspaper woman

  • @aznsanta23456 She a journalist, not the president of the united states. I don't understand why you are so incredulous that he got an interview with her.

  • @Elizabeth Mendez

i think its wrong for the women to hit the man first...why is it that you dont talk about how women hit men? why is it that you only focus on how bad it is when a man hits the woman back?

  • True, but stil, woman are mostly weaker then guys. But, it still is kinda the same, and i think he deserves a second chance, not just cause im a huge fan of him, just cause he is a human to just like us, why does human who arent famous deserves chances, and famous people like Chris dont? You can see he is sorry about what happened. It somehow is unforgivable, but then im coming back to every body deserves a second chance.

  • @DemellSza the first hit is never the last, and never an one off, and it will escalate beyond that in the lead there's more likely to be mental and verbal abuse, trust and in this i feel no one should have a second chance regardless.

  • Because women basically don't kill men.

There are exceptions to this rule, obviously, but across the board women aren't the ones who are killing, raping or seriously injuring men. So what statistical or cultural data are we discussing with female on male violence? Generally anomalies or individual cases.

Abuse is abuse, and my heart goes out to anyone, male or female, who is abused. But until we start seeing patterns of men maimed or killed by their women, there's really no conversation there.

  • Did she just say the leading cause of death of African American women between the age of 15 and 45 is intimate partner violence?

ehhhh I'm not sure If I totally agree with that. that statistic seems a bit off....I could be wrong though..but that is just my opinion

  • @IncredibleStan please check the "more info" box on the top right, this was addressed there.

  • ahhh okay thank you....yea when i heard that i was bit confused..thanks for pointing me in the right direction man

  • Comment removed

  • @IncredibleStan It's not "a little bit off" - it's an outright invention / anti-male propaganda... it's downright scary that yes, our Attorney General Eric Holder did in fact say it. The Dept of Justice website has the actual numbers - the leading causes of death for African-American women between the ages 15–45 are cancer, heart disease, unintentional injuries such as car accidents, and HIV disease. Homicide comes in fifth — and includes murders by strangers.

    SPEAK TRUTH TO POWER!

  • Just read the Willie Lynch letter to understand what this was really about

  • the number one cause of death? out of how many women?

  • its in the side bar

  • If someone is attacking you and you have to use force to stop them, that is self defense. There is a term, 'stop the threat'. Meaning you ONLY use whatever force necessary to stop the other person from harming you.

Self defense is not trying to prove that you are bigger and stronger. It's not trying to teach the other person a lesson.

Anyone who is taught real self-defense knows that the object of self defense is to get away from the attacker.

  • I can't believe some people are even having this conversation.

Men, I'll give you the same simple advice I give women. The FIRST time your woman hits you, call the police and then pack your shit and leave her.

No one deserves abuse of any kind.

We are humans not monkeys and we've evolved far enough that we have many other ways to respond to violence.

Quit making excuses and stop acting like you were raised by wolves.

  • @jackedup2077

Please dont insult monkeys...I've been to the zoo just now, and they are peaceful creatures that like to clown and play. They're actually less violent than humans. And as for Wolves, they actually can raise ppl quiet well, i.e. that boy in the news a while ago who was raised by wolves. He was most delightful boy i've seen...And peaceful too.

In short: you need to apologize to both monkeys and wolves. 8)

  • @jackedup2077

easy advice to say but the reality is if your a man who phones the police to report dv against you guess who gets arressed when they arrive, heres a clue for you it aint the women.

  • I don't think that men should hit women but if a woman pulls a knife or a gun then the man has every right to defend himself. Although there are women out there that will hit men just because they know they can get away with it and won't get hit back and that's just fucked up.

  • Having a vagina DOESN'T make you a natural born victim. Double standards are the reason why sexism still exist. I agree being famous does not make you a "perfect person" but don't blame one person for what it takes two people to do. Why is it that when women get abused everyone wants to go help her out. When it's a man they insulted and get called the man a p***y? It makes no sense to me. Men probably are abused as much as women are but it can't be proven because most men are afraid to admit it.

  • ask charles hamilton

  • lol.

  • i agree with you 100 %

  • Thank you. It's sad that 3 people couldn't see that.

  • Men may be verbally abused frequently (which is still a horrible thing), but come talk to me when women are systematically putting their boyfriends/husbands in the hospital or the morgue. Chris Brown took a BITE out of Rihanna for godsakes.

So yeah, there need to be more awareness about male victims of abuse so they can get the support they need to heal, but to act like the current patterns of domestic violence are comparable in violence across gender lines is absurd.

  • Boycott all that is or was Chris Brown!!!

  • As a women, zero tolerance is the way to address both verbal & physical abuse. Get at least 2 guns and plenty ammo-use those guns because your life is at issue. Being afraid or scared is not an option

  • Cont'd..........I think everybody needs to wake up and realize that there is an alrmingly large number of domestic violence relationships, involving young, black couples where the man doesn't have to be provoked or where the woman never touches the man, yet he still beats her. He may not like something she said or he may be the jealous, possessive type. I think people are looking at DV in the AA community through rose-colored glasses. Young, black women are being murdered every day from it, and

  • Cont'd.......people still continue to place the blame on the woman. Newsflash: An abusive man who ends up murdering his girlfriend isn't exactly mentally stable.

  • It just irks me to know how the AA community is acting like Rihanna is the first young, black woman to be beaten by her boyfriend. This has been happening in the AA community for a long time. It happens in the hood every day. What's sad, is that young men will stand by and watch another young man beat the living daylights out of his girlfriend and do nothing.

Also, people coming in here trying to minimize domestic violence need to stop. Nobody is trying

  • cont: to make men look bad. The simple fact of the matter is that in most domestic violence cases involving young, black couples - the woman gets abused for absolutely no reason (not that a man should ever abuse a woman). The simplest little thing can cause an abuser to explode and beat his girlfriend. Quit acting like these young women ask for it.

Most time,, these young, black men have mental issues and are capable of killing these young women, but nobody looks at it that way. Sad.

  • I agree, but the sad thing about being in the hood is that they will stand by that man because in the hood, there is a shortage of men. There are 1 man for every three woman in the AA community . So you will see a woman stay in an abusive relationship just to keep a man, which is sad. On the Chris Brown Rihanna situation, I really feel that he should get punished for what he did, but because this is his first offense and they've split up, he should be get help and probation, instead of jail.

  • I agree with you to the tenth power. It doesn't help that in the hood, the other women call a man beating his girlfriend to a bloody pulp a fight. They think that a man and woman can equally engage in a fair fight between one another, which is not the case. Men are scientifically proven to be stronger than women. The young women in the hood call a young man bashing his woman's brains in "ghetto love." Their mentality is thrown way off.

  • I knew those stats sounded a bit fishy when she was saying them. Thnks for posting the corrections.

  • One of the most poignant stories I've heard is unreported abuse by women against men, because men feel ashamed and humiliated. Several persons I've known personally as well as hearing stories from law enforcement and judges say that this is a problem, albeit it may not be as big a problem as violence against women. A police officer told me several stories one of which i will relate in the next comment since I'm out of room.

  • This officer came to a situation where he got a call for abuse. The wife was outside of the house with the children, the first thing that the officer did was to say, "Where is he?" He went inside to look for the husband. The husband was inside in the bathroom and refused to come out. He only came out until the officer threatened to bring him out. A large man exited with several knife wounds and scratches. The wife had abused him and threatened to report him as the abuser.

  • I'm going to be honest. As a person who worked in the prosecution side of law enforcement and that worked with & were friends with people in the industry. I have to disagree with the if you are 5'4 and your husband is large he shouldn't hit you back. I believe anyone has the right not to suffer injury at the hands of another person, even if it isn't life threatening you shouldn't have to get beaten someone. As long as you hit back in self defense the law will recognize that you are in the right.

  • From several people I've known involved in situations like this it is treated as a joke. The man does not want to defend himself because he will be accused of abuse. Another friend of mine who we all knew that his wife was violent was arrested when HE CALLED. I believe you as a man have the right to defend yourself from bodily harm and this is in line with the law. You have a right to reasonably respond to that threat.

  • It definitely depends on the situation, if the woman has a knife for example. But if that 5'4" is just hitting you bare handed when you're 6'5"? You think you'd ever need to hit back in order to get out of harm's way? Grab her and hold her away from you! I'm only a few inches taller than my girlfriend but damage she'd do from hitting me vs. the damage I'd do from hitting her is so disproportionate that unless she had a deadly weapon, hitting her back could never be justified as self defense.

  • @beautifulirony YOU sir/ma'am are awesome!

  • rihanna is a star she should have left him.. she doesn't need him...

  • I AGREE BIG IM 5 FT AND yearz ago i use to see ot that way .... but growth and maturity has show me thier are many men who are abused but shamely enough do not report because of reticruel one love serenyti

  • The next two leading causes of death were cerebrovascular diseases (stroke), which accounted for 7.0 percent of deaths, followed by chronic lower respiratory disease, which accounted for 5.5 percent.

  • In-fact Intimate Partner Homicide has taken a decline in the past 10 years and is a very small percentage of fatalities in women15-45. In 2005, there were 1,240,342 female deaths in the United States. Of these deaths, nearly half were attributable to heart disease and malignant neoplasms (cancer), responsible for 26.5 and 21.7 percent of deaths, respectively.

  • Although I appreciate the fact that Elizabeth Mendez Berry is trying to educate people, her facts are grossly wrong. According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) - Womens health and the HRSA Women's health USA 2008. Intimate Partner Homicide is NOT the "leading cause of death in women ages 15-45". To say that men are the leading cause of death to women in that age bracket is virally misleading to other women.

  • she looks like an old Cocktail from for the love of jay j

  • amazing video. Gangsta! lol just got the new blackberry and this is the ringtone! check out complimentarysongs. com best sh*t on the web for tones

  • I agree with everything said except for her justifing that its o k for women to hit men. Because in most cases were bigger would it be ok if the woman was an 275 pound olympic body builder and her 150 pound skinny boyfriend hit her and she knocked him out . my point is women should not hit a man and think she shouldnt get hit back nobody should hit nobody period

  • I agree. I just think that equal ia equal and people should pick their battles wisely. don't hit someone you know can really knock you out then be upset that you get hurt. =/ -shrugs-

  • This had a little A/V lag. It drives me nuts.

  • great interview... very informative. interviewee seems very knowledgable, logical, rational, and presented information on the subject very well ! glad this was posted... hopefully ppl will try to learn from both perspectives presented in this video and not argue against what she's saying

  • Im sorry but if somebody is endangering my life and they are drunk and not listening to me wether it be man or woman, I will do what it takes to save my life.

  • I'm a female and although I do not condone domestic violence of any sort, I think some women play the "oh he wont hit me, I'm a woman" card and physically attack their partners thinking that the man will not hit him back. I say, if you're a woman and you hit a man, you should be prepared to engage in continuous physical combat if he so chooses to hit you back.

  • Agreed. I get the interviewee's point about big size & strength differences, but even that can go both ways. I have had the misfortune to witness several female-on-male abusive relationships. Women who behave like that are just as bad as male abusers, there is no excuse.

  • im male and agree. i think domestic violence as a whole is wrong neither a man or a women should put there hands on anyone. ive seen situations where women have pushed men over the edge men with no history of abuse or violence. they just wont stop. a person can only take so much. i dont agree with abuse but if a women is beating a man he has every right to defend him self and vice versa. its a a shame that in every single situation seen on television or seen on the news or in real life they guy

  • the guy is sent to jail ive seen cops episodes where the guys face is bleeding badly and the women doesnt have a starch on her and the man is put in hand cuffs and sent off. to me it sends a message to females that its okay t either verbally or physically abuse your man because your a women. sigh its a mixed up world. but still abuse on any level make r female verbal or physical is wrong and would not be done my either gender....

    8o/

  • I agree EXCEPT there is a HUGE difference in hitting someone and beating the shit out of them. And most people don't realize it. A man can physically end a person's life with their bare hands and no matter how much a female works out it is scientifically proven a man that is physically stronger. Even when the woman provokes the fight, most men just don't hit her once or even twice like she does him, it's usually over and over again and sometimes resulting in injury.

  • In most domestic cases the man is NOT provoked.

I do see where you are coming from though, even if I don't fully agree.

  • I agree but a man has to defend himself, but a man shouldn't take it far like punch her or slap her. Just a little push.

  • thats bullshit

women are more powerful than what society degrades them as

if a woman victimises me or a family member

i have right to attack back and defend whats mine and what is my loved ones

and if she offends with deadly force

i have obsolute right to use even DEADLIER force in return

  • You´re talking about a whole different subject , man. Of course if you find a woman with a shotgun in your house, you have the right to defend yourself. Here we are talking about violence between a couple, man and woman. And it is a fact that men are stronger than woman. So that´s why hitting your woman is not ever right.

  • At this point I reached over and grabbed her throat and pushed her against the glass as I was driving, wich left a mark on her when we got home I got out and walked towards my house and she was still screaming at me the next door neighbors heard and called the police I told them what happened but was still arrested because im a man and shes a woman,

  • cont'd ....saying I was flirting, I looked for my cell phone to call the police realizing it was still in the truck. I got back in my car and told her to get out, if she was going to behave like this. She stopped briefly and I got back on the freeway and started driving again and she started up hitting me again giving me a black eye.

  • cont'd from bottom... I nearly sideswiped another car and was almost killed in a accident, I backhanded her wich left her with a black eye. This made her even more upset, and she started hitting me again on the freeway endangering my life and the lives of others. She was wasted she had drunk half a bottle of vodka before we went out and she was acting insane. I pulled the car off to the side of the road, and got out and walked away, she was sitting in my car honking the horn and screaming ......

  • I want to just point out theres two sides to every story, I was just arrested on saturday for domestic violence. I have no priors of anything on my record, but I was at a club with my girl and she started arguing with me about something stupid I walked away and over to another bar where another girl came up and started talking to me no less then 5 min later she showed up and started fighting we were kicked out of the club we started driving home and she was hitting me on the freeway Cont'd ...

  • Okee listen up: I Cannot belive that a Caribbean woman (yes that's kids that Rihanna) let herself get beaten by a man. But not only a man, Chris fucking Brown. Shitt man let him do that shit with me even if i look like Rihanna with a black eye and all that. we would be equal. I Do Not care how fucking long I would be in prison, i've would have either cut him or hit him soo hard with a baseballbat , he was gonna walk strange. I'm sorry if my English is bad. I'm not American:P

  • ok yes he hit her and yes that was wrong but i think that he deserves another chance we all make mistakes and we all deserve a second chance..if she takes him back that that will be a test to him to prove himself...all of this is really none of our business so let them do what they want to do if they are in love it is going to take a long time before they can get over that person so hey time will tell but he deserves a second chance...

  • Rihanna needs time to heal her body and soul as a caribbean american woman I am ashamed if Rihanna took him back . We don't accept abused from caribbean men, it's not ok for a black man to feel that is ok to beat us up.

  • I don't know why everyone keeps saying "all the facts aren't in yet." There's nothing that can possibly justify how the guy reacted. Even if she did hit him, jesus christ SHE'S A WOMAN. I mean i know chris breezy looks like a flaming homo but he should still be able to defend himself from a skinny girl like Rihanna without punching her and biting her (wtf?)

  • you do know that she has a history of violence against her own family aswell?

  • Doesn't matter.. men and women are NOT EQUAL WHEN IT COMES TO PHYSICAL STRENGTH.

  • i just think ppl need to calm down cuz we still dont know all the facts and crap so we shouldnt be making judgements

  • I agree that violence in general is a bad thing and women can still do damage but some of the responses here just highlight what this journalist is trying to say. kcball in particular seems to hide misogynistic views in a pretence of 'fairness' :'If a woman puts herself in a mans position to hit a man, she needs to get hit back.'

So it's a 'mans position' to be violent now? And because a woman dares to use a 'man's' way of venting anger she 'needs' to be slapped back into her place?

  • Regardless of the fact that "he's not gonna hit her again", he still hit her, and for Rhianna to stay in a relationship where this has happened and so many people minimized and validated him hitting her, it's sending a message out to children and other people that it's okay to abuse your partner as long as your really sorry after wards and promise not to do it again.

  • well, then tell your kids it isnt okay. and for rihanna to stay in that relationship means that she trusts his ability to change after making a mistake. are you saying that nobody who screws up should ever be given a second chance? because thats the message you are sending.

  • BITCH PLEASE.....it is 2009 equal rights equal responsibility, Women and men are equals a woman doesn't hit me i will never ever hit her. But if anyone hits me, i don't care if it is the UFC champ and am swinging. Granted if it is a small woman i might just get mad and yell. But people need to start telling women not to hit. Not because your small it doesn't mean you can't do damage.

  • Rihanna hitting christina brown is a roomer at this point that was started on you tube by a source that WAS NOT there , obviously " pro christina brown " guy or girl . You won't know the facts until it all comes out in court . The ONLY fact at this point is she's all beat to hell and he's not . All the video's on why christina beat Rihanna is theory , no more then a guess to try to protect or justify christina action's by her fan's .

  • it could not have been that bad or she would have not stayed around so long; know she trashin him after he dead dirty bitch; i thought aids was the # one killer all you bitches are full of shit

  • hell he cant do that screws up all my arrangements

  • lol sorry about the other post!

  • moynul the black bastard

  • Good video , I agree . If a dude has to return a hit from a girl smaller and weaker , why not just slap her back like a sissy , and then make up by discussing who has the prettiest panties . HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA . God forbid anyone ever beat one of my daughter's like that . I'd kill that motherfucker .

  • Well if your daughter keeps her hands to herself, she won't have to worry about that

  • Well what your saying is times are changing and its now ok to beat the shit out of a women as long as they hit the guy first . Well lets add chris brown to Black History Month since he revolutionalized woman beating , as a matter of fact lets have " chris brown day " were males all over America get to beat the shit out of women . Good point kcballintyp , your a genius .

  • I don't know how this has something to do with black history month but whatever. Anyway, people in general should keep their hands to themselves, whether its man on man, woman on woman, man on woman or woman on man. If a woman puts herself in a mans position to hit a man, she needs to get hit back. If she doesn't want to get hit, she should keep her hands to herself. DAMN why is this so hard to comprehend?

  • I may be able to understand hitting a woman back with the same force she hit you , but what christina done was over kill and I hope they hang her to set a example to the younger people . And again Rihanna hitting christina is ONLY a roomer at this point . Just fans trying to protect that piece of dog shit .

  • What we need to teach the younger people is to keep their hands to themselves. More importantly, we need to tell our daughters that it is not acceptable to hit a man at ANYTIME PERIOD. If she feels that she has to hit a man for whatever reason, she needs to walk away from the situation before it escalates. If my daughter were to hit a man and she ended up getting Chris Brown'ed, I would honestly tell her "Serves her right!" Moral of Story : KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF!

  • i think the moral here is that you should take responsiblitiy for your actions and that both parties are guilty.

  • Look you dumb piece of shit , you Don't beat women up like that unless your a pussy , so shut the fuck up asshole .

  • I see that you can't reply to my comment without the vulgar language. I never said it was exceptable to beat a woman to a pulp, but if you instigate or verbally abuse someone, then don't be so naive when they react to the situation.

  • loc43 you must be one of them women thats had your ass beat a few times and some how justified it . The cure to a loud mouth bitch is a good fuckin . Thats what I'd like to do to you ( if you are a woman ) .

  • unfortunately.I'm not a woman.I'm a guy that puts girls/women on pedastels when it comes to their actions. i don't condone domestic violence of any kind, but really now,are women that defenseless when its 2009? i don't want to put them down, but empower them with a sense of equality and individualism. but, at the same time, get at them for their bad choices aswell. oh and if i was a woman,i really wouldn't be flattered by the offer.

  • I am so glad you posted this!!! People are posting youtube videos on every other stupid thing in the world....why not on abuse toward women, and children?? We need to realize the seriousness of these situations, and start speaking out anout them, and getting it through people's heads!! Abuse toward any living being is one of the cruelest things anybody could do!!

  • Thank you for posting this interview. I enjoy your site. BTW- you are a cutie. (Brains and Looks, now that's a good look.)

  • there is so much that needs to be addressed within society as a whole when it comes to domestic violence and other less violent abuses.

often it does stem from how a person grows up and the abuses they endured, but speaking out on the tough issues is part of the solution to the problem.

i applaud the bravery big puns window demonstrated as well as Ms. Mendez Berry for bringing to the surface the realities of these types of situations.

  • What grosses me out is that there are a lot of highschool girls are still in love with Chris Brown, and don't care about what he did.

  • Now that the facts are known: she did not have or give Chris Brown herpes. He just didn't smack her one. His mixed martial arts training kicked in and punching, kicking, head locks and choking was involved...after he received a sexual text message from his manager to meet up with him later. Sad commentary on relationships.

  • The idea of hitting a women to reclaim masculinity seems very strange to me. In my community culture, I boy or man, lost all of his masculinity with he even thought about hitting a woman. A male was even expected to endure several blows from a girl and not even show the slightest urge to fight back. Although there was some sexism in this, but the idea was that in terms of durability and strength, the male body was in a different class than the female body.

  • Part II

Only when the male's life was threaten with a weapon was force ever considered legitimate. Even in that case, restraint had to be exercised. Even a guy's sexual orientation was called into question when he fought a women. These are not my beliefs but those I found in the community. I guess there is a difference between what we say in the public sphere and what we do in the private sphere.

  • I wrote an article on that satirically called "Defend your honor with your fist!" desrcribing how only a man with masculinity issues would ever have to physically assault somebody because they feel their manhood is being threatened. Ever meet a guy who beats up a guy for looking at their girlfriend or for calling their girlfriend a slut or something. A real man doesn't act that way. I agree with what you are saying completely. I wish I could upload some videos myself haha

  • 1) Elvis is white, he beat Pricsilla

    2) Humphrey Bogart was white, he beat his wife

    3) Sean penn & Christian Slater, Bing Crosby, Tommy Lee beat their wives, they are white

    4) The current profile for a pedophile and serial killer is white men

    5) have you ever heard Heavy Metal? Played by white rock bands? Gives homage to satan, suicide and violent acts!

Next time think about the aforementioned and know that we know, Woody Allen married his daughter! Hypocrite!

  • This host focuses on issues within the African American community, it is only natural that he would focus his commentary on the African American community. But I doubt he was intending to imply that his is a problem that is focused solely in the African American community. But you are right to be cautious. Often the media portray problems that all communities have, problem that may even be more prevalent in other communities as solely the problems of African American communities.

  • i aint sayin whut pun did was rite, but y after god called pun home she throw dirt on his name...

  • Whoa whoa whoa..So this chick is sayin because shes only 5'4 130 or what ever..And she just punches a guy in the face thats ok?Im sorry but that shit don't fly.If your that small don't fuck with no one bigger plain and simple.Thats like a guy who is 5'4 just walkin up to a dude who is 6'2 225lbs punches him in the face than gets fucking rocked.I'd tell the kid look this ain't mike tyson's punch out you ain't little mac what the fuck were you thinkin.

  • I hear you on that.

  • People should look more at the sycological reasons why women love men that hit them

  • One of those reasons: not knowing how to spell psychological.

  • lol i thought it was funny how every person commenting here arguing that man should be able to hit woman is ignorant beyond belief.

  • I seem to always love your blogs. For the first time watching this blog I was in tears. And it was a great topic to blog about. I went through this for many years. To me its just crazy to know I wasn't the only one. He would say SORRY buy me anything I wanted for me to stay. I really must say out of all of your blogs. This has to be my favorite. Take Care As Always. By the way for others reading this, It doesn't get better LEAVE with your life

  • interesting

  • She said, "Fulanita de tal." Love it!!!

  • SO much respect for your blog man. You tackle some really sensitive issues with so much finesse and compassion. Kudos to you. May everyone affected by intimate partner violence find peace, and may all our wounds be healed from the cycle of violence that our world too often glamorizes.

    Peace

  • No. Never. If you beat the shit out of anyone, you're a fucking douchebag

  • NO. Hitting someone you "claim" to love is unacceptable.

  • BUT THE MORE HE HITS ME, THE MORE HE LOVES ME! D:

HIT ME BABY ONE MORE TIME

    x.x

  • chris brown is just as fucked up has the nonfamous assholes that exercise the same type of cowardice. domestic violence isn't new. wake up and do something more productive instead of ranting about some overrated talentless hack. so really, maybe the people boo hooing over chris brown and rhianna should go fuck themselves. I'M PRETTY GODDAMN SURE IT'S WOMEN OUT THERE THAT DON'T SELL RINGTONES, THAT COULD USE HELP WITH DOMESTIC ABUSE ISSUES.

  • Who is this directed towards? (i.e. you are aware that this is the same thing the video said, right?)

  • haha the doctor is right

  • thinking its ok to hit someone and not get hit back becuz of ur size or sex is fucking backwards

  • I TOTALLY AGREE with you

  • i agree to..you have to live up with your responsibilities..your not suppose to test your partner you suppose to support them..alot people been making coments like that is forbidden what about the other way around if rihanna did that to chris people would be laughin on here..the police probably would not take it serious..but i dont know the only people know is rihanna and chris and im sure they probably dnt want certain details out in the public shit we've all had relation problems

  • who gives a shit about rihiana and gay chris brown, this shits obviously blown outta proportion too so who gives a shit

  • I really liked this peice. But people male or female have the RIGHT to defend themself. PERIOD. I am a women, been in an abuse relationship, been an abuser and I definatly from my personal experience can say if they hit me back and it happens to be a man it doesnt matter I get what I deserve for putting my hands on another human. What I am DISGUSTED with is the absured length the MEDIA has blown the entire CB and RI by RUMORS. its so sad no facts just rumors have been reported.

  • I agree. I think everyone should have the right to self-defense, absolutely. In the situation I describe in the video, my husband's not in danger, and what I'm arguing is that you can hold someone accountable for violence without smacking back. He can leave me, we can talk it through, etc. If we keep responding with violence on all sides, we cant expect to figure out better ways of dealing with conflict. Sometimes walking away is healthier than staying to teach someone a lesson. Elizabeth

  • To be REALLY honest & Frank with you tropicatomica you seem to be all over the place... you are saying at one point hitting someone is different than getting hit back because of your size or sex ...that's a double standard that really needs to be rethought. Then you are saying walk away (which I agree with) but your point is confusing...

  • And walking away would be in the perfect world. But there are situations that people can get "boxed in" and like a wild animal need to do whatever they have to to get out the situation and that may be violance aka defending themselves. I think we also need to hold the MEDIA &WEBSITES seriousely accountable especially in situations like with RI&CB. NO ONE holds them accountable for spreading RUMORS and LIES. It's sad.

  • You seem to miss the point... understanding such situations is key. This is what we should learn from this. Key points to look for when in a relationship to show signs of aggressive behavior. RI could not possibly be at a lost when Chris reacted this way. Therefore one should walk away before even allowing yourself to be "boxed in ".

  • i dnt think he could walk away...she threw keys to a lambo outside at 12 at night..do you know how much a lambo cost...they was gon argue but i feel in a relation ship one person has to be the mature one..if there isnt one things will go back and forth you gotta keep yo mouth shut sometimes but then again if you hold all that in one day it will all come out..i feel like they need to mature but they will make a great couple when they are mature..they still kinda of childish and im only 21..lol

  • Um.. How could she walk away when he is driving in a car? And repeatedly punching her while steering the car with the other hand? Or when he puts her in a headlock? I'm sure if she wanted to walk away she would.

  • i agree with your first part what most people say to guys is to walk away put if you guys live toether its harder than it sounds i live with my girlfrinds and when i try to walk away im called a coward and im not facing my problems. so i try and talk and things get hot again so i try and leave and shell physically block me from the door. i cant hit her push her move her in any way becuase thats is considered domsectic violence if i so much as grab her arm and pull her away from the door and she

  • calls the police i go to jail no questions asked that seems a little lopsided to me i dont know, its fustrating as a male to feel powerless in thoes situations. if you dont do anythign some call you a bitch if you do do something others will say your a coawrd its a catch 22

  • Also, If what some say is true, she should certainly not have faked called police & slapped him, which we all seem to have disregarded in our discussion... As I said fair is fair. The truth we still don't know for sure but take this as a learning process for behavior of young adult relationships who will try to follow what these stars do.

  • no I am not missing the point,Im trying to bring up other points. I have been on both sides of this violent subject, what i think people dont always say, admit or dont want to bring to light is that WOMEN can provoke a situation. NO1 deserves to be beat.Finding solutions would be great to stop the cycle of abusers (men&Women) BUT with celebraties especially the MEDIA is to blame for much of the over blown stories and NO1 holds them accountable thats one of my biggest issues.
