Gabe you seem to be a bit confused between LED and LCD,
it's only LCD manufacture that causes the release of nitrogen trifluoride, LCD is a liquid crystal pixel switching display technology
LED is simply a light source created by passing a current through a light emitting diode,
some LCD screens have LED's as the backlight, but this technology is completely seperate, and has nothing at all in common with LCD.

Any idea on what the price for a FED screen might be once they are released in a matter of LCD vs. FED vs. Plasma?

led tv, Iphone, sony info, now this is why i first signed up to this channel, gadgits and info on this kind of stuff is just cool, and if there i more to come, then i can not wait, pleased to see that the channel maybe going back to how it used to be with the content. woohoooo wock on guys
