I can say from experience that Tijuana in the late 90's early 2000 was the best place to party! Tijuana has always been crime ridden, I think however people stopped going when the gangsters started killing innocent people.. If you go to the clubs now they are nothing what they used to be some are closed and the ones that are open will have like few people in there since, gangsters went to teh clubs and just started blasting people..

The Tijuana I used to love isonly a memory now.
