I believe Bachir defended All Lebanon (not only christians) against syrian and palestinian who wanted to control Our Country. and before the civil war, there was a chance to divide the parliament 50-50. The christians wanted a civil war, but at the end, the parliament was again 50-50. They can go to hell as far as im concerned

@espiritolivre63 I know you mean well with your words. I dont blaim all on the government i was there in the 80s. Muslims do not go by Lebanese law, american law or any other, they go by islamic law. You dont see a problem in america right now because america is balanced. Like good neigbours we welcomed the philistiens but that tiped the balance and they atacked us. Our choices where to leave, die or fight! As christians peace, love is what we go by but our enemies do not read same book.

SO! the war started because the Christians of lebanon wanted to divide the country then things changed after Bachir became president it is no secret. Ir response the Muslims also wanted to divide the country . But lebanon is good in all of its religions. The lebanese are loosing lebanon little by little, it is a small country to divide. best to kiss and make up and live in peace life is short.
