  • Thanks so much for this video as well. I do 200 crunches and 100 squats daily. I need to start doing planks(sp?) again cause I know those helped alot the first time I started loosing weight! THANKS AGAIN!

  • You should try bringing your opposite shoulder to your opposite knee. Its even harder

  • Thanks so much for the tips. This has been an inspiration for me. I really need to start a workout routine. This is a perfect workout to do before bed. I just need to push my self. I know i can do it.

  • Hey. I have just done these b4 i went to bed i am bright red i weigh 190lbs so would find them harder!!

    On the oplique crunches i do not think i do it right i feel 1 side burn but i can not really lift the other side of my elbow that well is this correct??

    Also the rolypoly tybe one howdo you use your core. With the plank do you tighten your abs because i can'r seem 2 do this without not breathing eek!! Please help :(

  • I used to do my abs before I went to bed all through high school (i.e., the last time i had 4-6pack abs....). I LOVED IT. i was thinking about doing it again and you totally inspired me. you're awesome, jess.

  • I used to do this, I had the Winsor Pilates DVD, but lost it....i'm glad you have this here and summarized.

  • Jess! This is awesome. Core is hard! I do yoga, and 2x a week I go to this teacher who is nuts for core, and it's always such a battle! I HATE CORE! haha (not WW core, though that isn't for me either, haha) I have to force myself too. You look so good! Lovely!

  • 1) That first sit-up... you're not supposed to do situps because it can cause damage to your lower back.

    2) the bicycle crunches are fun! Used to have to do those back when I was a jazz dancer (yeah, I did jazz, wanna make something of it? Did tap too!) :D

    I do those sit ups in classes at the gym...so I don't know I guess they can't be that bad! I'm being careful!
