    I've seen people go 8 years without outbreaks.. that didn't mean they were not shedding or could not transmit it. Please make this clear so we know....

    Dont clean yourself in difrent erias, with the same hand, if you havent washed it. It will cause the spread to get worse. (can ;D)

    If you have Herpies, your blood is most likely toxic and you need to eat right. Stop the bad food. When you have good meals regulary and work out. Your boddy will get stronger, not only in strenght. but allso your imune system.

    This allso work on other skin problems. You can allso use shampoo that are for people with whatever it's caled, when you drop dead skin from the botun of your head.

    That kind of Shampoo has some stuff in it that will clean and kill virus/bacteria. But you need to use warm watter on the skin, so the pores open. That way the shampoo will have more efect.

    But this is not a permanent thing (Unles you're lucky) You need to good diet, to clean your blood from virus.

    Herpes is not in the blood only the antibodies are so how does it mean that your body is toxic when we have all kinds of antibodies hanging around.

  • @lavvy2585 A virus is stuff that are to big for the body to handle. It's just that youre body has not killed it.

    If you cure the skin from the virus, it will not remove the virus in your blod. The mars you get are just outbreaks of the virus. That's why you need to eat right, work out and hellp your skin.

    Manny people try out all kinds of skin care, but it dont work. That's because it dont work. Or because it only cure the outside of the skin.

  • @lavvy2585 But because there are no cure for it. We cant know how to cure it. But people have said they cured it from having a healthy living style. But there are no pils and stuff, that will cure it just like that. You have to hellp your boddy to heal.

    If you have bad habits in eating and so on. Your body will not work perfectly and your blood can become the perfect place, for a virus to grow. If that happens, you need to change your life style.

  • @governmentlies2much You can use a gym, but I prefere to do body training. Running is the best, witch you should do about 3 times a weak for 20-30 min. This is when you have a strong body. When you begin you should work out 2 times a week and not ower do it. Feal the work out, but dont push it. Be carful about your legs, so you dont hurt them. manny people hurt the legs, from running to hard and the body breaks from the strain.

  • @governmentlies2much Working out is to let the body work, so that you feal good after it. If you dont have a problem with the body hurting, but feal sick after the work out. That means you worked to hard and need to limit the training. It must feal good when you do it. or you're doing it wrong ;D

  • @governmentlies2much Now the question is. Do you know how to do difrend body works out. Like Push ups? When doing these strenght training workouts. It's inportant to not do for example 3 difrent leg workouts in one go. You need to switch from arm to leg to midle part of you body and so on. So that the difrent parts can rest, befor you work on a difrent thing, for example in the arm. Or you wont get the full efect of the training.

  • @governmentlies2much 2-3 sets of work outs is a good way to do it. With 30 seconds of breaks bettwen every go. The number of for example Push ups you do every turn, depends on your strenght and how fast you do them. Make it difrent speeds and lenghts every time you train. this is to make shure your body dont get used to only one kind of thing. So that you are able to do manny things in real life and not just one.

  • @governmentlies2much If you run for 15 min every time. You wont be able to run for 40 another time, when you need to. So do difrent workouts every time, to make your body able to do difrent things. THIS do NOT mean, that you cant spead up your run in a 20 min workout. Working on a thing you want to be good at is ok. but dont only do that thing.

    I like fast / short runs, but I allso do long ones. I just focose on the fast ones and get realy good at that.

  • @governmentlies2much Know what you want to be good at and make a plan for it. Eat after the workout within 60 min. That way the body will use the energy better and you will recower faster. Protein is realy good to get after the workout. But dont ower do it. And dont eat an egg every time you work out ;D

    Regular meals are inportant, so that your body can use the energy you eat. If you dont eat regulary at the same times. Your body goes into kinda like a starvation mode.

  • @governmentlies2much And it will not use energy at the same way. This will make you weaker and stop your training from giving the same efect. Allso it makes you fater, because your body dont use the energy, but saves it.

    Difrent animals, beans and so on have difrent kinds of minerals in it. like fish and beaf have difrent proteins. The body needs the difrent kinds to build the body and so you need to eat of all kinds of things. If you wish to feal the best.

  • @governmentlies2much Do not forget to do stretches! It's realy inportant and it speeds up your workout. Allso it hellps to prevent damages and can hellp you to owercome some damages. contact doctors if you have a damage. So you know what to do and what not to do.

    After workout and I sadly dont know for shure, if you should do it befor the workout. You will have to research it.

    So basicly it's

    Food, Workout, Sleap, Stretches and a clean body.

  • @governmentlies2much If you do not know hwo to run properly and do not know how to work out your arms and so on... I will check for videos that show you how to do it. I can send you links at a later time, when I have colected it.

    ALLSO it's realy inportant to be relaxed. If you have stress or feal badly about life. it will make your body react badly. relax and deal with whatever problems you have. Do work when you get it so you can relax after.

  • @governmentlies2much No problem cant be fixed. It's only about you being willing to fix it. And noting is so inportant, that you cant let it go. my family is real shit ;D But I can ignore that and focose about myself. I will not care about bad people. I will just make shure I get what I need and have a good life. If you have a problem. just fix it or get away from it. Dont let things drag you down. it's only as bad as we let it be. We dont have to get hurt from it.
