Lindgren could of had a small-medium pair... with the flop and turn call, but that went out the window with the river bet. It was obvious he had a draw... if he had a small pair he would check the river for showdown value since the King was a scare card. When he calls Patrick's turnbet, he is so much drawing for diamonds, cause TX would have raised and a PP probably folded. Since Patrick has a pair he bluffcatches the river. When Lingren bets the river, he doesnt have KdXd cause he would check it back. The only hand he could be worried about at the river is Ah4h for backdoor flush. And that's just one combo.

he can't rep anything except a slowplayed 10 on 2 streets on a two-tone board when antonius' range is very flush draw heavy....and he obviously bets because his thought process its "when your opponent checks on the river and you have jack high, you gotta bet to win da pot." after making a very poor river bet that's super transparent to everybody including patrik who called with the equivalent of king high, phil gordon POLITELY remarks, and the stupid tilty piece of live fish whines like a bitch

Maybe it's rude to debate a hand that you're not involved in but Lindgren is way out of line to call Gordon an idiot. What's poker come to when you're not even allowed to say your opinion about a hand that's already over! Lindgren just can't stand losing.

@bierbuik I don't think ERICK would agree with what you just posted. I've heard him talk about this hand, and HE even said he was out of line, just from being frustrated with having lost the hand. He was NOT justified in calling someone an idiot for talking about a hand that is over.

@bierbuik You must not read body language very well. I watched this entire episode when it first came out, and you could see that Lindgren knew he was wrong. And Gordon didn't do anything to deserve the blowup. At MOST talking about the hand with Patrick might have deserved a, "Hey guys, you know I'm sitting right here, right?" or something like that. To blow up the way he did makes Erick look like the douche-y one.

@bierbuik No, it wasn't "no more than human", it was douche-y. You don't blow up and call someone an "idiot" because they are discussing a past hand with someone else. You just don't do that. If it's bothering you, you make a quick comment like, "Hey guys, I'm sitting right here!" and laugh it off. You don't try to belittle the guy. PG was a BIT out of line, perhaps, but Lindgren (whom I really like, especially after he called out Nguyen's stupidity at the 50K-HORSE) was WAY out of line here.

If you have an ACTUAL defense of Lindgren's bad table manners, give it. Otherwise, simply concede defeat. Calling me an "idiot" simply makes YOU look bad, not me.

@bierbuik I really like Erick a lot. I just think he douche-d out here, because he was pissed at having got caught. I've actually never been a big fan of PG's but he didn't deserve what Erick dished out in this case. You like to insult people, that much is clear, but I'm not sure you have the social graces that Erick does to admit it wasn't the best move afterwards. Your behavior in this comments section leans MUCH more to Josh Arieh than Erick Lindgren,

Phil is basically saying Eric made an obvious play there, but I doubt he would have won the hand if he were in Antonius' position. Discussing a hand you're not involved in in that way is pretty rude, and I thought Eric took it pretty well... ;)
