  • Look at this : JumpTrainer

The ideal partner for your trampoline workout!

    market.android.com/details?id=com.stereocrown.jumptrainer

  • Nice guns Dan!

  • i jog on mine for an hour everyday its awesome

  • We bought a rebounder totally randomly (though we had researched it before) this Christmas. The one we got is the kind without springs, which is nice, and since they were sold out in-store, I talked the salesperson into letting me take the display home for $30. Score!

I tell ya, it's easy to laugh at rebounding, but once you get on and start jumping, you can pretty easily see why it's a good workout!

  • @MyWordsofLove6 Oh, and I'm 8 months pregnant. I just have to bounce "gently."

  • dan the man with the master plan.. awesome

  • Hey Dan the Man! Can "rebounding" help some become quicker with running, sprinting and also with vertical leaps?

  • Can I rebound with herniated discs and buldging discs in my back? I have pain so bad I have to get steroid injections every 6 months and I am worried that the rebounder will aggrivate the discs??? Thanks Dan

  • @trebbiani76 Like you we were skeptical at first, never believed in Internet ebooks and stuff like that, but that diet method turned out to be the best I ever tried. I believe you spelt the site uncorrectly anyway, it should be WeightLossAction.Info :)

  • You're a really cool dude. Seriously.

  • Hey there! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it.

  • each rebounder on your site has 2 prices listed... I want the cheaper price, but the cart adds the more expensive price :) help

  • sup jesus

  • hey i have a big trampoline and was wondering if it can help with loosing weight on your belly and thighs and how long you should jump for? :)

  • Ignore the smart person right below my comment. couldn't be more specific his copy paste link is a virus. some people just get brains stock at 6 years old... In fact dear friend are you bored and just cant find anything constructive with your skills of low class virus programing maybe you want to take a look at some open source (free) software development career like ruby on rails.1 Google that, 2 quit the bull, grow up...

  • your so right I love what the trampoline does to my skin when I use it, this video has motivated me to start using mine again, thanks Dan

  • ahhhhhh view is sooo dope

  • Next time you update this video........ would love to see your feet for more accurate moves :)

  • Wonder how long it takes to move sluggish lymph with a mini trampoline?? I just bought a $40 mini trampoline. I definitely have symptoms of sluggish lymph. I assume it's best to do this on empty stomach .:)) THANK YOU

  • @lovsoup It only takes 20 minutes a day, but doing four, 5-minute sessions is more effective.

  • Does it cause any pain to joints for doing it to much? I read something about that and got scared. I don't want to break something ...

  • Nice video I wish everyone was like you footloose and fancy free.

  • no wat im sayin? lol thanks this really helps

  • @5.11 He bounces out a fart.

  • can i lose weight on a big trampoline in my backyard? like a full size one that my kids have because i dont have a mini one! what exercises are best for losing belly and hip fat? please help!

  • @realweightsolution eat fruits and vegetables and bounce everyday on that big ol trampoline!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @realweightsolution: Jump from side to side, jump from front to back. Try and do 180 turns. Jump and pull knees up. Jump and spread legs to the side like a split. Jump and try and do straight leg toe touches. Jump and fall on your butt and bounce back up. Jump, fall to your knees and bounce back up.

  • i got back problems and migraines. should i bounce like that? i usually get kinda dizzy from jumping. looks fun tho

  • hey! what is the opinion on rebounding while preggers?

  • dan, having severe hip pain...will rebounding help?

  • @shmeech Green juices will help as will systemic under eating!

  • @liferegenerator

not sure of what systemic under eating is...and what about rebounding/

  • @shmeech - for severe hip pain. 1st pay attention. Pain is natures way of warning you. The book Pain Free: a revolutionary method... has 3 e-cises to do when there is pain, forsaking all others. I suggest you look at that. These are not so much exercises but realignment positions. He emphasizes a counterweight to surgery and the rewards of changing how you use your muscles. From an MD, I have another book called: Heal Your Hips by Klapper, MD.

  • can i get the same benefits jumping on the g round? why is the rebounder needed? Also is this hard on the knees?

  • It is the best work out ever!! I believe it improves eyesight as well :)

  • @BeautyEnhancements4U how do you know if it improves eyesight? i am getting my own place and miss my rebounder so much! i plan on getting so much exercise and this as well. never heard of this helping eyesight?

  • @ShinySilverBunny The eye is an organ like any other and rebounding flushes, detoxifies and strengthens every cell and organ in the body. There are exercises you can do on the rebounder that strengthen the eyes too. Google it. Also Pinhole Trainer glasses are AMAZING and are really helping to bring back my eyesight, which has become a bit blurry recently. Happy bouncing!! :))) x x x

  • @ShinySilverBunny I just wrote an answer but it hasn't come up on the page :(

  • @BeautyEnhancements4U can you email me?

  • I've got a Bellicon ... the Rolls Royce of rebounders ut worth EVERY penny!!

  • I have a question, I own a mini trampoline and would like to lose 20lbs by using it, now my question here is, is it possible to eliminate those 20lbs by exercising on the trampoline daily for 30mins a day ? and how long would t take me? to lose exactly?

  • "It's hella fun." Haha. He's kind of cute.

  • Using a pedometer with my rebounder for 30 minutes, I only manage to burn 220 calories on average. Do I need to step up the intensity in order to see weight loss at all or can I continue working out the way as I previously mentioned?

  • It you! I was just searching for rebounding exercises and there you are, again! xo xo

  • how many calories do you lose while doing this?

  • Is rebounding safe for people with spine issues?? My mom is hesitant about using it cause of her back problems.

  • it's like some sort of meditation... you can so easily let go of your thoughts

  • and you stop thinking :D

  • you look great! mr sunny!

  • It's so nice to see a guy doing this. I agree with all you've said. I jump on my mini-trampolene each day as well for 20-30 mins. and I always feel so good afterwards. Much better than I do before I jump. Man, if more people understood the lymph system, more people would be doing this and preventing cancer. The best medicine for the human body is MOVEMENT. Get out of Santa Monica and back to the woods! That CA air will kill ya! I'm from AZ and Phx is bad too!

  • What a great video! I've been doing rebounding for a short while now, but am increasing my rebounding routine for 2011. I'm up to 20 minutes a day.

It really is easy exercise, in fact, it doesn't even feel like exercise.

    Thanks for the great video!

  • your hair <3

  • Dan you rock man lol :) so awesome :)

  • skinny baby back bitch you and shiiiiit

  • I agree Needak rebounders are the best. The 40-50 dollar rebounders suck. Once you get a real rebounder you can definitely tell the difference!

  • Enjoyed your video..thanks ..and just a thought...if you force yourself physically..why not force yourself spiritually? Thats the only way a person can change for the better..physically or spiritually is though working on it each and every day..to become a little better. I am LDS..if you see the missionaries ask them a few questions..I am a convert and wow..it has changed my growth spiritually and physically....the word of wisdom is/was a real eye opener. Have a good day and thanks again.

  • Dan you had me cracking up towards the end! Thank you for inspiring videos. I am really learning a lot from you!! Peace to you always!!

  • Hi Dan, the man with the master plan. I never knew who you were before until I started juicing but I really love your informative videos, and you are a natural. Also a very real guy and I love that. I would'nt be surprised if I saw you on TV soon. Anyway keep those videos coming and thanks for making me smile and laugh...we need more of that living in LA the crazy city.

  • Have you heard of David Hall's cellerciser. Its basically the same product.

He claims it can also promote muscle growth such as toning your abs dramatically.

    Is that true Dan?

  • Hey there Dan, I do a lot of rope jumping, is this comperable?

  • @jbgood3208 Rope jumping is also good if that is all you can afford (or carry with you, as a rebounder is obviously very big & heavy!), yet rebounding is a LOT easier on the joints and on the body as a whole, as you don't continually crash down on a hard surface...

  • @liferegenerator anything like this for people with neighbors below them ? this would be too loud for people below me

  • @liferegenerator try using the jump rope on the rebounder :)

  • Im a new subscriber to your videos, loving them. Bought a rebounder, about $40 someplace, cant remember, going to get it out!!! I want to know if you feel there is a difference rebounding with a good walking shoe or bare footed?? You are a blessing!

  • thanks

  • That's weird your voice isn't even changing as you're jumping up and down

  • I love your videos, I woke up had some green juice and my little girl and I are watching you, she said she wants to see your other videos

  • "....the lymphatic system....a system of tubes..." hmmm, sounds like the Internet.... :O

  • thank you :) I'm sitting behind my computer doing some work and can now relax and regenerate on my rebounder.

  • ooh you read my mind!! i wanted to ask you to make a vid while you rebounding! hahaha!

  • How is it on the knees?

  • Jesus.

  • thought i'd mention you don't have to be in any kind of "good" physical condition to rebound..you can get the bars that snap on...to hold onto and prevent a fall.

i had a run in w/ high blood sugar...went on a all green raw food diet for 4 months and it just maintained my blood sugar...still fasting blood sugar was around 100-110, actually too high. added some raw nopale cactus to that and bamm! my high blood sugar prob. was cured. but rebounding 5 min. would take a 130 bld sugar down to 84

  • Guess I won't through away my rebounder. I've had that thing for three years and never used it. Seems sooo boring jumping in one place...I think I'll stick to P90X.

  • Hahaha, you're hilarious.

  • Love that humbleness on being human and still keep trying to grow higher into spiritual self at the same time... Love It!!!!

  • it is truly the best you can do for your health in ease and have fun!

i do have a super rebounder since 4 years and wont miss it anymore.

    it is uplifting ... :o)

  • SOOOOO Down to earth!

  • Love this, Dan! Great video!!! <3

  • I wanna get me one!

  • I am going to bounce at my gym, I bet I'll get a ton of stares lol

  • The Internet is not something that you just dump something on. It's not a big truck. It's a SERIES OF TUBES!!!!!!!

  • Can you comment on how the integrity of the mini-rebounders are affected (standard model vs portable model). My wife was on your site, she wants a portable for her mom and a standard for herself, but she likes the fact that a portable can be stored or transported easily. How long have you had yours? Which do you prefer?

  • @RUHOORUHOO I have had mine for 3 years or so and it is still in good shape! As long as you get a good brand such as the ones in my store, it doesn't matter if you get the regular or the portable, they are both good and are both just as durable! Your wife should get the one that she will use! Can you dig it? :D

  • Dan, a quick question on rebounders. My wife is looking to pick up a portable for her mother and a standard one for herself. She was looking on your website at them, and we did a little research, it looks like the NEEDAKS are good quality compared to some others. Can you give some input on whether the integrity is affected (springs, frame, etc.) if you opt for the portable? How long have you been using yours?

  • A question on the rebounders. Are you giving up integrity if you opt for a portable model? Or are they equally as strong as the one piece rebounders? My wife was on your site, looking at them. She was thinking of getting a portable one for her mother and a standard one for herself. Can you give me some input on how a portable might affect the quality of the springs, frame, etc.? Thanks.

  • Dan, if you have a person under 170 lbs but also a person over 300 lbs, can both people share the rebounder for heavier people? I want to buy one a beloved family member can also use, but suitable for lighter people.

  • @Delphinus32 YES!

  • @Delphinus32

Needak has a hard bounce model suitable for people 300 lbs, is widely revered as the best but as long as you get a brand of respected quality it is a matter of taste (stainless steel frame, good warranty). A folder will be just as sturdy as a non-folder but the latter will feel more solid.

  • the trampoline has a new name. gotta keep juicing 4life

  • i had to pause the vid at the beginning to get on my own rebounder, it was so fun jumping around with you!! haha

  • aiming for the HIGHEST? That is Jesus Christ, the Son of God, through Whom everyone can be a saint! And then if you would fall off the building, you would get to heaven for sure and be with the HIGHEST!

  • On the up bounce your hair makes you look like a super sayian!

  • No one actually is a saint, if we measure that by unconscious and subconscious desires, because they all arrive from the same point and with all of us, with no exception. The difference is only how you treat those desires when realized. The worst thing is to try wave them away. They become bigger.

  • ok, WHAT A PLACE...my goodness!!!! are you coaching people whilst in LA?

  • You are right about it being easy 2 be spiritual in the mtns. I'd rather be in the "sticks" where I feel close to the Lord than in the city, but your comment gave me a revelation. I need 2 work on quiet time with the Lord while in the city, & refine my choices so that they are in line with my spritual walk. My environment should not affect my spiritual walk. Thanks Dan! Oh, btw, I luv my Needak & been rebounding with my newly rescued Pomeranian in my arms so we both reap the benefits!! LOL!

  • thats awesome men!

  • Got my rebounder today! It looks smaller than I expected, though. My friend got one on Craig's List and it's a little wider. I didn't realize there were different sizes? Anyhow, it looks well made and the kids love it! I got a rebounding kid's video, so they're down there wearing themselves out as we speak! Great investment, if for that only! LOL

  • great vid.. thanks

  • I'm sold too, I'm researching some right now!

  • ***** :)

  • hmmm...people like watching you because of your humanity, not in spite of it.....but you know that already..:)

  • God I want oneeeeee. Looks so fun.

  • How does running long distances compare to rebounding?

  • Running of course has its (very strong) merits but what makes rebounding unique is that since you aren't stopped abruptly by the pavement with each bounce down, that not only does your whole body get to "bounce through" the entire motion, but each and every one of your cells does too. Try to imagine clothes in a washing machine that get to move around completely in a circle vs. just sloshing clothes around front to back. So rebounding REALLY gets everything moving, instead of just "half" moving.

  • Looks fun. I have a $17 walmart one. Dont really use it, since I had part of a disc removed a bunch of years ago. I'd have to start real slow to not wreck my back. glad you didn't do a backwards swan dive off the balcony. No one wants a video of Krista saying you fell off a house. =)

  • Rebounders are one of those things that you almost MUST buy a high quality one, for cheaper models are significantly more likely to break and can be dangerous. Even with high quality rebounders like we have in our store they say upfront that eventually a spring WILL snap if you use it long enough as springs are metal, after all. But with the cheaper models that means a quicker snap of a spring & a "messier" snap as well, as the metal is cheaper. If cost is a concern, then I advise just walking!

  • Should have added that if you're going to use this a lot for working out, then get a good one. I got the cheap one because I didn't know if my back could handle it, and I'd rather not be out the money if I couldn't use it.

  • Soft bounce is for people who weigh LESS than 300 pounds. Hard bounce is for people who weigh MORE than 300 pounds. The hard bounce springs are tighter, so that when a heavier person bounces on them, they don't bounce all the way down to the floor. Can you dig it? :D

Beets and carrots are good for the liver!

  • Ok, I'm sold. I'm going to buy one of these tomorrow. :)

  • This one was hella funny, thanks Dan :D

  • reach for the highest

  • I love your honesty...it's so refreshing.....I rebounded along with ya!

  • Great advice as always!

    5 stars as always!

  • love the russian kicks! lol

  • lol Dan you're funny.

Great vid. I just bought an urban rebounder. Disapointed. It's too firm and has no bounce. Not good for ppl with back problems. I expected better for the price. Saving up for a Cellerciser.

    BB

  • Like a gravity massage.

    bouncing boy!

  • Is it ten minutes per clip?

  • Love it! I'm going to get me one of those contraptions! lol! Peace!!!

  • i gotta tell ya Dan, I've just started a green juice regimen (about three days ago). And I feel great! Thanks!!

  • that looks fun as 5hit!

  • We've thought about getting a trampoline for my daughter who is in gymnastics. Now I have another reason to buy one:o) LOL

    Thanks Dan!!! You rock!

  • What unconscious needs and desires does L.A.

    bring out in you Dan?

  • lol

  • I dont think you wana know :D

  • I have to try rebounding. Thanks Dan. Good work out.

  • AWESOME!!! You're something else! I am not one to cry fowl but DAN YOU'RE THE MAN! Bouncing to the tune of high balcony, beautiful view, is not easy for one who has not dominated fear of heights with barely any barriers between the body and a serious fall. Still a great exercise. Love, Peace

    God bless
