How come so many people fail to grasp that David is playing a brilliant comedy character?
He, like Brydon, used to do a lot of 'Marion and Geoff' style character comedy and he's just brilliant in this.
Russel and Noel may be adorable... but David is the one working hardest for his laughs and is clearly enjoying his role by the occasional accidental giggle he has to quickly wipe off during a comic snark exchange~

They were talking about David's comedy partner Matt Lucas' wedding. Boy George has previously said that he thinks Matt Lucas is "a bad example of a gay man," or some such sentiment. Because of this, Walliams doesn't like him. It's fair. Boy George insulted his friend, David Walliams was rude in return.

How come so many people fail to grasp that David is playing a brilliant comedy character?
He, like Brydon, used to do a lot of 'Marion and Geoff' style character comedy and he's just brilliant in this.
Russel and Noel may be adorable... but David is the one working hardest for his laughs and is clearly enjoying his role by the occasional accidental giggle he has to quickly wipe off during a comic snark exchange~

well David WALLIAMS (which is his name). was in a comic way portraying a rather serious person. so technically he was being serious, or rather acting serious, and yes this comment is unnecessarily sarcy and serious much like the character brilliantly portrayed here by Walliams....everyone reading this, your welcome ;)...*Vomits*
