  • This is my most favorite Lee Dorsey song. Thank you for putting it on YouTube!

  • You should also check out the version by The Meters.....

  • This is the 1965 original with the rock steady beat! The 80s was a great decade that lifted, revisted and did tribute to 60s & 70s dance music (like Bow Wow Wow-I Want Candy), but this one was the best! Thank you for posting this track! DAVEDJ

  • I remember this one. I also remember the Fleshtones absolutely buried Dorsey's original with their cover on "Roman Gods." Which may be the second-best topping of a soul original since the Beatles made the Isley Brothers's "Twist and Shout" resemble wimpery . . .

  • :-)))

  • Now SHOOT...SHOOT...SHOOT!

Great song. "Holy Cow" was another goodies he did for Amy too.

  • get on this pony and o you ride it! luke skywalker aight got nothing on you!!!

  • Great dancer from the pen of Allen Toussaint! He and Marshall Sehorn produced this at Cosimo Matassa's legendary recording studio in N'awlins!

  • Funky #5 Billboard R&B (#28 pop)hit from 1965, and another personal fave.
