The video in Mint Supersonic Flyby was in an F-14, on a clear day, with obviously less humidity.

This was of an F/A-18 on a cloudly, and obviously more humid day. Check some more videos, that condensation is present in a number of them.

@dariusdareme Also, the F/A-18F (which is in this video) generates a lot more of the vapor than the F-14 did. (the F-14 was also banked, which affects it too.) Heck, some air shows in the freaking DESERT have a full cloud like that.
