Hold that camera up, Weevil28. You captured nice footage up close of the train departing, but suddenly I was looking at ballast (???). The real focus--star--of your train videos should always be the train, especially when it's a passenger run! Other than that, it was good to see the Surfliner cars again.
456 would have been testing after receiving repairs, 455 was probably just along for the ride as backup since during testing locomotives are only supposed to be paired with working units. 580/591 and 564/573 are popular for testing locomotives since the trains go into the yard once they get back to LA. What happened to the camera at the end of the video?
