  • Well.. you put the meat first in it...then the veggies and at the end the spices and herbals.... otherwise the spices will burn and will taste awful :S

  • Were you were raised to be on youtube ignorant?

  • good video, yep to much oil but we all learn as we go, so keep the videos coming and thanx

  • You don't talk with food in your mouth.

  • Thanks for posting this! Love your channel :D

  • why would you want a low calorie post workout meal, idiot

  • The reflection in your oiled up pan was very sexy...wait a second it was a reflection of you :)

  • hey I've seen you somewhere whats your name?

  • She's gonna eat all that? Holy @#$@...

  • I dont care about the food. But you are so cute. :)

  • Too much oil. I mean, A LOT OF OIL.Really. I can even see it on your plate. It does not cover the chicken but youre eating too much. And yes, thats unhealthy fat u get when heatin up olive oil. And the mushrooms should absorve it aswell. U got yourself a fat nasty meal. If u want a proper post workout meal u should eat vegetables and carbohidrates too. This is just trashy and wil get you fat.

  • @lucabenedetti ur stupid people eat 10x worse then this and dont get fat. there are some carbs in the veggies even tho hardly any there is some. you dont need tonz of carbs for post workout meal. you want alot of carbs pre workout meal

  • Comment removed

  • @lucabenedetti ur right and wrong about what you just said. first off, ur not suppose to eat carbs on ur post workout meal u eat carbs pre workout meal. she's eating the right foods ur suppose to have a 4:1 ratio of protein to carbs (in this case, the chicken to the little amounts of carbs in the veggies). this meal is perfect, the thing ur right about though is that there was a little too much oil, not a lot so it wasnt rly a big deal. there is no way in hell u can get fat off this.

  • i hate the fat on chicken yea always cut that crap off

  • i love you!!!!!

  • Preperations JESUS!!!! PREPERATION!!! Its so not cute to listen to you say "I don't know what this is or what this is called blah blah" You made a friggen video.....why didn't you care enough before making a video for the internet to figure it all out?

  • Raised vegetarian.. eats healthy.. but got crushed peppers from the pizza place?.. hmmm

  • ok

1: learn to talk - chicken and "stuff" does not contistute a meal.

2: This is what you eat after every workout - thats like a 12 dollar meal that will take >20 min of preparing and cooking. Thats gotta be expensive if u work out 3 times a week and do cardio 5 times a week, which is what you should be doing if ur trying to lose weight.

3: at least u know to put the chicken in first.

Im sorry but u cannot cook meat.

  • i got a headache watching this...you move the camera too much

  • um yea reasearch before making a video damn dumb ass

you need a seperate cutting board omne for raw meat one for veggies wow geez

  • um yea reasearch before making a video damn dumb ass

  • She said peppers she got from the pizza place. You mean delivery. Eating healthy all the time and eating pizza all the time isent gonna get you in shape. You might as well give up and just eat pizza all the time.

  • i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeee youuuuuuuuuuuuu

  • olive oil is healthy.. u can use them a lot. If you go to Greece, they eat 1 scoop of olive oil everyday because it is known to fight the cancer..

  • I don't know how I landed on your video, but you really do know your stuff!!!

  • NOM NOM NOM NOM! lol =P

  • i grew up using 5w30 for cooking..nothing taste better yuummm..you guys should try it..

  • @mrperfect4283 I like 10w30 its a little thicker wile cooking my veggies XD

  • she must just be starting her diet....

  • Hmm, I grew up using bacon grease out of a can on the stove to lube everything up. UMMMM, nothin taste better.

  • @cracklinnut

    OR .....

she could just clean it >.>

  • oh and its better to steam or bake your chicken breast instead of oil u adding to much fat this way..

  • are you going to wash the lid out the dirty dishes???? thats nasty..

  • Thats a 3 person meal.

  • @StARbriteexx lol

  • Oh noooo...dont use the last of the oils......

  • after workout O,o did u know blood pumping through the heart help us digest food, and when u do muscle workout theres a window thats open for 30-1hr that accepts the protein. But, after a workout our digestive system is alot slower compared to before muscle work out . thats why instead of eating meat athlete drink protein shakes cause its easy to digest and goes through with no problem instead of just staying in your stomache for awhile.......

  • that is one big azz dinner

  • hi im 15 and 150 pounds and my pre workout meal is a fruit( banana, apple, etc) and post workout meal is a protein shake( 25 g proteins) and 2 eggs(eat both egg white and yolk) is that good? do i need to add anything? plz answer aprrecaite it

  • It looks Like u are a good cook

  • you need carbs too

  • i find these videos very helpfull-as a live-alone guy,i find your videos to be so helpfull! i will be cooking this + your other recipes too! as a bodybuilder,i like to eat for lots of protein + carbs,+ healthy too! so-BIG THANKS ANTISHAY!

  • 05:16 lean meat, yummie, lol.

  • You were 'raised' with having flax seed oil on your vegetables? So let's say that was between 20-25 years ago... you must have been raised by the Jolly Green Giant and his wife healthy mc fealthy because I don't know of ANYONE who used flax seed oil regularly that long ago.

  • @thespecter2 I was born in 1985 and was eating vegetarian until I was 17. My parents were part of a co-op of farmers and health food stores in Seartle by 1987 which, YES, had flax seed oil, and all organic foods and bran muffins and wheatgrass juice and wheat germ and all that. It was very divey and "granola" and extremely off-beat fron mainstream culture at the time, but that's what it was.

  • @antishay Whoa, I was sort of close then surprisingly. How cool though! That sounds pretty neat.

  • @antishay Haha gotta love the Seattle markets

  • @antishay whatt the FUCK is a CALORIE? whre are yuo getting your informastion from??

  • @thespecter2 are u calling her a liar?

  • @zume2600 Nop, she grew up in a hardcore food environment. She got the best of the best. Are you calling me out? lol.

  • @thespecter2 ROFLMAO, dude....nice goind with the "you must have been raised by the Jolly Green Giant and his wife healthy mc fealthy" XDDDDDDD

  • @ElMosquitoDragon Haha yeah, she pretty much was. She has an interesting background though if you read the response she gave above. Her parents were ahead of the times in a way of healthy eating.

  • @thespecter2 when she eats the chicken i popped a major woody! damit!

  • @thespecter2 really shows how much you know

  • @mordeathmark It does. Like she said it was "extremely off-beat from mainstream culture at the time". Moron.

  • @thespecter2 yeah.. that was really worth the response..

  • 3 pisses lol

  • 4:12 "You'll notice the chicken is in little pieces now.. that's because it decays radioactively into a different chicken isotope. Wait, what?"

  • Teh wimenz luv ma protein shakes!

  • You were raised Veggetarian and now u arent? Because if u are still Veg i want u to know that chicken tenders dont grow on trees...

  • Our results have supported the use of extra virgin olive oils. The reasons of their better performance have been found to be related to the presence of phenolic substances, able to protect the fat substances from the acceleration of oxidation induced by the heating. .

Our reasoning brings to a conclusion: using extra virgin olive oils to cook is an excellent choice, both for the taste and for health, provided that a high quality, fresh and not acid oil is chosen.

  • how many calories would this be if u substituted the asparagus with broccoli? Thanks for the recipe!

  • I totally stopped taking this girl serious

  • The white piece is called "fat" everyone knows that lol

  • uh i eat the chicken as a whole and some rice and souce wouldnt kill ya^^

  • Your comment towards the end of the video states that its not the healthy meal because its fried? Last I checked, the main ingredients you cooked today is a good example of a healthy meal with protein/good fat. You're using good fat to cook your food, I see nothing wrong with what you're eating other than just using 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil instead of 2.

  • close your mouth when you eat bitch!

  • lol., i had so much fun watching your video.. :)

  • you're a vegetarian with that body mass? LOL

  • yes.... A FAT LADY know about low calories and high protein

  • that seasoning fool

  • buy a new pan looks filthy LOL

  • @Khaos969 I agree with you, she or anyone else really needs to buy a new pan when the coating on the surface starts to break down, no telling how much Teflon coating she has eaten, so if the coating on your pots and pans start to break down, buy new ones.

  • @sphinxman90 Yeah but teflon tastes great, lol

  • make a video of you cooking the dog in the frying pan lol

  • gr8 video but just a quick tip, for the chicken to stay fresh, put it in a seperate bag and freeze the remaining of the chicken that u dont use so u dont waste it and also u should always wash the chicken b4 you cook it, i dont know if u did but i just thought i would tell you, im not being a hater, love your videos!!

  • ur sooooo cuteee <3

  • i love you mami!!! you`re beutiful!!!

  • lol...your'e dog is over weight!

  • its still fried chicken

  • @paulgnc24 u wanna eat it raw haha =p

  • .! DO THE SAME TH!NG TO THE CH!CKEN.! START W!TH MED. S!ZE P!ECES THAN ! CUT EM TO SMALLER P!ECES WH!LE THEY COOK!NG, W!THOUT MUSHROOMS DOUGH. BUT YOUR D!SH LOOKS GOOD SO !M GONNA HAVE TO TRY !T.

  • do you really have to put mushrooms? i really dont like mushrooms

  • this is exactly what I eat mostly, you could mix crushed garlic, lemon juice, parsly, crushed lemon grass, pepper and salt, one full table spoon of tumeric, then stir it in olive oil. lay you chickens in it and put the lid on untill cooked, take the lid off, let the extra juice evaporate. and ready. I rather cut the chicken brest thin like fillets. from the side not like stipes, this way it soaks up the whole flavor :)

  • i like your recipe

  • Girl, the amount of oil is ok, but you burned it in the pan, watch that the next time. You could use less artificial seasoners and more fresh basil, parsley ormarjoram (or whatever as long as it's fresh)su you have a healthier final product. My third advice is to not boil the asparagus for to long, just 30-40 secs and then put'em in the pan with the chicken. A cheff talking here

  • Good job! Chop off all the that white on the chicken that is fat. Looking great MmMM! Oh how cute I love dogs!

  • Good job! Chop off all the that white on the chicken that is fat. Looking great MmMM!

  • @PAKETEMON I love eating animals, the more innocent the better :)

  • @PAKETEMON LOL

  • camera moving..make me a bit dizzy...moving to fast

  • can i put the asparagus in with the chicken and mushrooms?

if i can, when should i put it in

    thanks (:

    i'm only 16 so i don't know much lmao.

  • eheheh you dont know much about meat XD

  • This is great... if you want to lose weight.

If anyone is bodybuilding then have a whey protein shake immediately after your workout then make this a.s.a.p. WITH about 100g of rice. You need carbs after your workout if you're trying to gain. Chicken has no carbs.

  • eeeeeeh ? what the fuck? after workout you want carbs, alot of protein and GOOD FATS ffs

  • Quick Tip: Add water to the eggs while cooking, they will get fluffy and wont get sticky to the pan.

You can also try for breakfast: French Toast, but instead of using bread use slices of eggplant pass them by egg white and fry them with olive oil (use a teaspoon put it in the pan and spread them with a napkin it works better!) wait until the slices of eggplant are toasty add turkey ham and low cal cheddar cheese, make a sandwich with the slices and enjoy!

  • Make me sandwich please

  • Ummmm...

Why are you seasoning the pan??? You should season the chicken directly. This is fucked up, lol

  • good video. dont listen to idiots, they cant cook.

  • there is nothing wrong with that sum of oil, i use more sometimes when i cook!!

  • the white thing is fat, moron

  • @rotivevan Its actually a tendon. but thanks for playing...

  • looks good but i would start boiling the water first then season the chicken then put into the pan

  • ......."dump quarter bottle of oil in pan" "omg that smells so good like italy" lol sorry thought that was funny

  • its not about the calories....dammit! thats why the avarage american is fucking weak and obesse...im a bodybuilder for the curious

  • this is the worst video!! and no one wants to watch you eat!

  • thanks , that was very nice

  • This looks so yummy.. I am going to have to try

  • wow you were raised vegetarian and started eating meat. I am amazed. Usually it is the other way around. People raised eating meat who go veg.

How did you start doing that?

  • to much oil

  • That Looks so Tasty only thing is I dont like mushrooms. It looks really fast and easy. That's a lot to eat too.

P.S This is my boyfriends account.

  • your video made me hungry and i really like the sound of your voice, keep it up!

  • Italy does not smell of Bertolli olive oil.

  • your a vegetarian and your cooking chicken?

  • How on earth is having no butter on your veg having it raw?

  • Your so cute! your dog is so so cute! the whole video's cute! :)

  • Oh cool. You'r pretty good sis.

    keep up the good job.

  • LOL! I'm italian (from Puglia, the best olives in THE WHOLE WORLD!) and i produce extra-virgin oil from my trees. Bertolli is not good oil :-) But i understand that i'm really lucky in this.

Good meal and good girl. :)

  • by the way extravirgin olive oil is very toxic if heated,it is used onli at cold salads

  • Not really. Seeds oil has a lower fire point (around 180° C) and so it's more toxic than EVO. The EVO fire point is around 330° C, so you can heat it but you have to beware of too much high temp. Anyway, EVO is always better, because of its flavoinoids and because it's rich in OMEGA3, which stimulates glucagon and testo. But when you've to fry something, EVO is heavier, so it's preferred to use seeds oil. Even better if you don't use fried food, prefer oven or steam cooked. :-)

  • @xtremwizard what?? Not really.. i am Greek and extra virgin olive oil is a basic component that we use everyday for our foods..

    It's the very healthy..

i don't know where you read that!

  • @Dimitris1771 well i am sorry if i am wrong but aint that all virgin oil r not suppose to be heated..its ruin the nutritious value and also one its oxidized(heated) it became something like common oil(fatty).and its called virgin coz its produced without any heat involved...correct me if i am wrong

  • @xtremwizard why is it toxic

  • @xtremwizard

Olive oil is the best oil -heated or not. But like any other oil, it should be not heated more than 2 -maximum 3 times.

  • @xtremwizard I am from Greece and here the Olive Oil is very cheap because the country is full of olive trees and i want u to know that Olive oil because Toxic if heated at a specific temps and up and i think its about 300+Celcius i think so...Also u cant fry in it and u can use it for cooking only once...

  • OK FINE WHATEVER....

  • 50 000+ viewers looking at someone experimenting with cooking... wow amazing!

  • need to make more recipe videos

  • NOM NOM NOM

  • lol

  • @ksa5223 hah! lemon tap!!

  • Haha.. The white pieces of the chicken is fat. That was a perfect meal, good job! Very cool girl that likes to cook, awesome!

  • And I disagree with the assessment on the oil. Fats are a necessary part of a healthy diet. And especially if you already work out and eat heart healthy fats, you shouldn't worry. I like to drizzle just a little bit of REALLY good olive oil on my food after it's done because I like the flavor.
