I was there! This was a good end to an awesome tour. I had a lousy seat, but a great view of the stage! It was interesting to see Stewart play the guitar, and even more awesome to see Sting and his son end the show (and the tour)! Amazing encore.
Good bit of filming, nice one! Wow, didn't know there was footage of the 2 bands together. The Sumners are equal height (but Sting's shoes take some filling, if you get my meaning).
I really think Stings voice is waaaaaaay better than Joes. Stings voice is a lot better at the rough sound, and he is able to sing louder without cracking his voice. Joe still has a lot of things to learn about using the voice right! =D
there are lot of bitter plebs on this posting....just enjoy d music...if not go some where else....this performance is brill....saw them in dub and going again in belfast....the act is coming together well....and like all brilliant shows ultimately it is an act
Amazing! As a longtime Police fan, I discovered Fiction Plane this summer during the four shows I saw (NYC,Charlottesville, DC, Charlotte). I LOVE them...SO talented! "Left Side Of The Brain" is my favorite CD of 2007 by far. Joe Sumner is spreading his wings and papa looks SO proud in this video! So are we! Godspeed to Seton, Pete, and Joe...a trifecta of talent for a new generation. Lesley Hamer, Virginia
This is so great to see again! I travelled all the way from NYC to see them and what a great surprise ending to the 2 dates in Honolulu! It was essential to capture this moment on film!
OH. MY. GOSH. Thanks so much for sharing this magical footage! I love the whole thing, brought tears to my eyes that I wasn't there, and made me giggle watching Stewart air guitaring and Pete LOVING life! Thanks again!
How absolutely wonderful!!! My two favourite singers in the world - I never thought I would see that. I love that Joe even got his jump in!!!! Thanks a million for that!

sting probably spent more time with his kid on this tour than he did in all of the last 30 years of his kids life...

the son have the same bass that his father ^^

thats annoying ..

I have to agree. You come to see the Police sing their songs. Not an opening act (sting's son) try and sing his dad's songs.
guitarhero21323 3 years ago
Please, 1 song... gives it a fresh sound and worth it just to see Stuart cutting lose on guitar, imho.
spinalcrackerbox 3 years ago
I'm sure we have enough "fresh sounds" with all the changes Sting has made. I love seeing Stuart play the guitar but at least let Sting sing it!!
theworkingmann 3 years ago
But he does! Well, in parts. What I find funny is how Stewart tries to contribute vocals at the very beginning and Joe gives him a funny look.

A ticket to the police reunion show: $30
A bag of peanuts at the venue: $4
Seeing Sting and his son sing together: priceless.
ParentalAdvisoryBass 3 years ago 3
Your tickets were 30$? Where did you see them? I need to move there.
guitarhero21323 3 years ago
Aren't they more like at least double that? Something tells me you didn't actually buy one.
spinalcrackerbox 3 years ago
Naw, i made a mistake. i meant to type 60, but hit 3. they were crappy top-row seats. I saw them in az with my cousins.
