sarah M Gellar is a black belt in tae kwan do and that has been shown in many films/ tv series she has done they just take precautions so she doesn't risk injury. it's part of the reason thye chose her for buffy in the first place...CONVENIENT. and it it wouldn't have been called buffy vampire slayer if they had done it that way LOl they would have changed it if dawn had become the lead. there was this small book joss whedon did on it: dawn goes to buffy's grave and the slayer power is transfer

sarah michelle gellar does know how to throw a punch she knows tae kwan do dude, a large percent of what is doen in buffy is really her. but i love this song though "wish i could lay your arms down, and let you rest at last" YEAH damn right my god buffy was supposed to die back in season 1 but has kept cheating death, did u know they were gonig originally end buffy beign the slayer when she died in season....5 i think and dawn becomes it after that but they hcanged it in the end

@IDyce88 Yeah but HOW MUCH tae kwan do, and most of what she does is high kicks (which i can do withought any formal taining), a lot of the moved she performs could be done by your average cheerleader. I'm not saying she's a bad actress or anything, Sarah Michelle Gellar is freaking awesome. I just don't think she's so good at that.

Ooh, I did not know that. I would have hated that, because I really didn't kike Dawn that much. The name 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer' wouldn't work with Dawn.

'Cause I remember in the early seasons when Buffy would be kicking vamp ass and suddenly her body was a helluva lot thicker. But eh. Still, SMG kicks ass, so it makes up for it<3

@OragamiSauce - Anya isn't singing in this song. That's Amber Benson as Tara. She has perfect pitch and a fantastic voice. The whole song is about the pain of having to leave someone you love because the relationship is bad for you (or them) - that may seem wimpy to you but fits with the story line. Both Amber Benson and Tony Head sing the words/notes as written. If you have a problem with how Joss Whedon wrote the pitch or words then attack him not them.

SMG would be the first one to tell you that she does NOT do her own stunts. She had some very talented stunt persons doing the stunts and she has praised their work. Some of the Buffy DVDs have docs on them and interviews with them. Hats off to them!
