Anyway i ran out of room to post so if you turn the fog far and the graphics on always high. And maybe tring Ctrl + Alt + -o0 you can try to fix it a bit.The only reason why it has these errors and this is my guess because the game is running too fast and then it crashes. Doing this will make your computer and game working harder instead of over-working so to speak

I got this game off ebay.Its not fully compatible with windows XP but i found out some intersting things to improve the AI car bounc problem. You can use: Ctrl + alt + R

switches program priority. also turn the fog all the way far. Most of the cars will stop bouncing up and down. (Includes Cops, Couriers hunters) they can still chase you. its a good discovert just putting it out there.

Streets of Sim City still is a good game. I still play it today on a windows Xp computer.

But I still wished it had better graphics.

@TheWheelMan1234 Its called streets of simcity and it was by far the greatest and most violent game maxis has put out. If we all send angry letters to maxis politely asking them do a remake they might do it.

no, its a compleatly different game from Maxis, the newest simcity is SimCity 4

I got this to work one time on Vista. They really should make another Streets of SimCity. They have changed the concept of SimCity again and again. Thats really different than the Nintendo SimCity where your on foot, and talk to pedestrians about stuff. But in 4, they went back to sky view. This streets of simcity they should of at least done a feature in Societies.

If yes, how do you keep the game from being really buggy? Whenever I try to play it other cars constantly hop and never move around the city.

yes im playing it on xp, im not sure how its running good, probably cuz it just is, the system i was playing it on wasnt too great, but was a decent system

Don't worry, it's not just you. The game was made like that. And I have those stupid cars hopping around everywhere too! They're so annoying! And they can keep their shields on and their missiles seem to be attracted to your car! Anyway, the game has a lot of potential, but they didn't make the best of it. Same with SimCopter too. They should do remakes of both of those games. That would definitely be worth it, provided they do a good job on it. I'm kind of ranting now, aren't I? I should stop.

@gbgg9409 The problem is that ever since EA took over Maxis, like diabolical space overlords, they pretty much reduced their creativity down to "MOAR EXPANSION PACKS KEKEKE". the age of half original Sim games is over I guess :'(

the gam Streets of Simcity is how i drive cars in the city, You can either choose a prebuilt city or make your own city in SimCity 2000
