  • Turkey meat usually has more fat than lean beef. Just saying.

  • at least shes in the kitchen :D

  • The skinny and SEXY CHEF is more like it.

  • how much skim in the meat?

  • Love how she doesn't really mix the food!! she just pats it!!

  • funny she pulls the food out with an oven mitt but then dishes everything up by hand

  • Fuck that fake ass shake!

  • 11 people don't like eating healthy

  • the healthy cooking is great, everybody should eat these foods.

  • did anyone try the shake? how is it?

  • @TheMRamstaff turkey is a great source of protein. the only meat that has more protein than turkey is chicken. You can just swap the ground turkey for ground chicken if you like. or if you are strange like me you can through in some thin sliced roasted almonds. But yeah turkey has more protein than beef. And the carbs are not bad because they are complex carbs instead of simple carbs. but if you don't like the big whole wheat bun you can swap it out for a burger thin.

  • @Steelers7Rings Avacados have a a lot of saturated fat, it's true. BUT that fat is MONOsaturated fat which is actually good and necessary for a healthy lifestyle and diet especially when it comes to heart health. (It is also a good source of polyUNsaturated fat - also good for you). It is POLYsaturated fat that is found in abundance in fast food and unhealthy processed meals and it is the one you should watch out for.

  • You forget washing you're hands...

  • i clicked the thumbnail cause she looked hot...what a dissapointment

  • I can't actually say that I think that's healthy... It doesn't even look good...

I'm keeping myself to the "low carb high fat" deal instead~ ♥

  • @crowXwing thats worst for you.

High fat low carbs can increase bad colesteral.

  • @Slaterking2010 Thats another lie actually. There is no bad colesteral, and if you've high colesteral you live longer.

  • @crowXwing i meant Cholesterol

  • @Slaterking2010 My comment still stands. Didn't know how to spell it, but I meant that too. :)

  • Turkey and bread is not a burger.

Show some more effort, add lettuce, tomatoes, onions.. a sauce ?

Dont just toss the patty in there like you dont care.

  • @xDontFaintx LOL!

  • Okay I'm gonna try the shake. If it's good, it's a healthy alternative and I'll lose weight. If it's not, then I'll puke and I'll still lose weight. It's a win-win situation!

  • um..... it is just me or did she not wash her hands when she went from vegetable to meat and then to fruit. Very unsanitary.

  • they don't even know it's turkey, they think it's beef xD

  • hahaha her reaction to the messy blender.

  • I love how i didnt find any good comment about this haha has anyone actually tried? XD as bad as it sounds, has anyone actually made that shake at home??

  • lol @ this burned food. Someone please teach this broad how to cook!

  • that shake looks nasty.

  • @itsonmars31 avocado

  • You're friends are pretty stupid if they think that the turkey meat is beef.

  • @spinozi658 I was thinking this too.

  • Do you think my kids will like that they are EXTREAMLY picky.

  • 5:00 - 5:06.... her reaction to the avocado shake was not convincing at all. hahaha

  • @DJYoung, problably the sugar didnt dissolve well and the chocolate made it bitter.

  • @DJYoung your sooooo right~ hhahah

  • sweet potato as fries was good at one time but now i get sick evey time i eat then

  • Good video, but saturated fat is not bad for the heart. The human body has high levels of saturated fat (i.e. our own bodyfat) and uses this for fuel every single day. When you are on a diet and lose 20lbs of fat, your body has basically eaten 20lbs of saturated fat. If you don't believe me, just look at the latest nutritional journals written by university-based nutritionists.

  • @sclearyodonnell there is a difference between burning your own body fat, and eating fat from a dead animal. and just because you have fat on your body doesn't mean it came from eating fat. think of a cow. he eats 0% fat in his diet, but still has fat on his body. The problem is not having fat on your body (love handles, etc.) the problem is eating saturated fat that can raise your LDL clog arteries cause heart disease and diabetes.

  • @pvsfinest whatever. That is completely unsubstantiated medically. Like I said, read the journals.

  • @Purplemuslimlina2010 yeah but I think the point of this one was more that it had lots of nutrients and stuff that's good for your body. Like in the sweet potatoes, whole grain, and the avocado.

  • I love how see talks about baking fries vs. frying them as if it's some big secret.

  • she didnt taste the shake.. @ 5:13 you can see a track of the shake at the side of which she drink it.. :/ hmmm...

  • beautifully brown (burned) :D hehehe

  • Can't imagine having a sweet potato as fries ...

  • @Mainzermelli a bit the same as regular potato,.. slight sweet.. :D

  • @Mainzermelli :I tasted both, sweet potato is better, it's naturally sweet and has a pleasant scent

  • Wouldn't it make more sense to grill the turkey burgers? That way you wouldn't have to add extra unsaturated fat in the form of oil and it would be lower in saturated fat because the fat from the turkey meat would run off into the flame.

Plus it would taste better >.>

  • @oOMusicIsLifeOo i see what you mean. I personally like baked just because when you grill turkey it tends to get really really dry. but don't be afraid of unsaturated fat. whether it's monounsaturated fat or polyunsaturated fat they are both good for your heart, and monounsaturated fat lowers cholesterol. Saturated fat and Trans fat are what you should stay away from.

  • where do i get the recipe

  • it's funny but i cant help but think, if you made any given real chinese meal, one not attempting to be particularly healthy, it's still gonna have less calories than this meal does. It's just the above diet of a burger with carb side dish and a dessert cannot coincide with low calorie amount. I know chicks who easily eat less than 1000 calories per day (i dont, chill) and it's so hard in your diet, so easy in ours.

  • Interesting

  • That is NOT a chocolate shake....it's a LIE!!! D:

  • LOOL see it's people like this that wanna make me stay inside my house for life and never go out.

  • Now I'm hungry

  • she is SOOOOOO hot omg perfect milf

  • Awesome :) I love the shake lolz!

  • @Jack60009 LOL

  • The burger sounds great, im afraid I cant say the same about the shake, im pretty sure if I ever made one and got an avocado chunk floating in it, I would probably throw up...

  • @poonujk: I love avocado shakes, I guess you would have to blend it a lot more.

  • i loved the milkshake and the fries. my husband hasnt tried the shake yet, and wasnt a fan of the fries but he doesnt like sweet potatos. i LOVE your videos. i cant wait to see the others

  • One person gets a huge plate of fries and the other 3 get a total of 2. o_0

  • looks great ! I am looking forward to trying the shake :)

  • Some great ideas in here. I never would have thought of the shake trick. Good tips for how to swap out the saturated fat... can't wait to try this soon. Please make more of these!

  • Sweet woman

  • The way she's fried those burgers doesn't seem to be very healthy. I think all nutritionists agree on the fact that fried to the black is bad.

  • @terazpl she fried em in canola oil. it's not that fried food is bad it's the OIL or fat you fry it in that's bad. olive oil, canola oil, and peanut oil are ok. Olive oil is the best, but also the most expensive, so if you have to use a little oil use olive oil if you need a lot use canola oil.

  • hot

  • How about using a shot glass and chocolate yogurt? Or using a small glass? Why does everything have to be supersized?

  • Not so sure about the avocoado in the chocolate shake, but everything else sounds quite tasty !!!!

  • How about eating the east to make fast food and exercise for an additional time lol. J/K. good recipe though.
