Ziggler has always been this good, he didn't have many chances to shine on Raw because Raw is all about guys talking 20 minutes, and idiotic comedy sketches. SmackDown has a lot of wrestling matches, and so they can feature more wrestlers and give opportunities to young guys like Ziggler.
