@WOWman1797 Probably not. The way I see it... it's RWD, it's got a V8, and we can say it's American since it's a Pontiac. So go for it.

yes it is a holden. It is based on the VE commodore which debuted in australia in 2006. Gonna love this car

Damn, what a clean Commodore! Yup, Holden made it all, except the engine.

Alltough this one is badged as the Pontiac G8, it's still a Holden in my opinion.

And one correction...

@Michael3752 Pontiac never made that car, Holden made it from the ground & up.

It's been in Australia for quite some time allready and are now being exported overseas to the Arabian Emirates and the UK.

UK is close to me since i'm norwegian, and i can get my hands on the HSV R8 rebadged as the Vauxhall VXR8... at least..

I believe this, and the Cadillac version, are the first shot at imitating German luxury cars. I love the BMW's and the Benz, but I just love this car! I'm probably getting one within a few months to a year. Probably the GT version.

That's basically the sticker price of the car when it came out before Pontiac went down the crapper! I think it's worth it! The G8 is quite exciting, especially if you the GT or better yet...the GXP!

Uhhh yeah I live in Colleyville, I'm like 5 minutes or less from that dealership! I'm good friends with some of them bc I come in all the time to see what they have, bc I am looking to get rid of my truck, but bc of the mileage, it's scared everyone off. I can't help it if my dad took it across the country and back 4 times!

It just goes to show you that Pontiac was going in the right direction, but then just as soon as they were gonna get it right, GM said, we don't want you anymore, so they threw them out. Really a rotten shame that they went outta biz!
