the crawler barrel is not just a huge bore, it has a series of ports drilled/machined out of it to allow pressure to bleed off from behind the bb so that it will have a lower exit velocity
@FrickenHamster Depends entirely on the design on the barrel. If they made it so that it simply siphons off pressure, the accuracy, in theory, will not be reduced.
but then again, you wouldn't lower the fps to below 350 unless you play cqb. or at least that would be me, and there accuracy isn't as important as rof
Some sites in the UK - CQB sites have a 300fps limit, woodland sites have a limit of 330 or 350fps. This product looks interesting and would be great on a P90 as that has a very quick take-down, but I'd like to know how it actually works.
how does it work?

@SOCOMairsoftteam they milled holes in the barrel to dissipate air pressure behind the bb

i buyed it for cqb and it doesn't affect accuracy or has a large diameter, it does only affect the fps

its prob some huge ass diameter lke 6.11 or something and is innaccurate as heck
seran0 2 years ago
You could have done a bit of research before saying this: it DOES NOT decrease accuracy...

So says the people selling the barrel.
I don't think its the diameter that is increased, but I definitely believe accuracy will go down
