ok i have a problem with my phone now the thing is it will not turn on i plug the charger into it and a empty battery appears in the middle of the screen with a sand bar loading thing and dose nothing after that anyone have any ideas.
i got this phone yesterday and i just had to test something. Nokia n95 and n95 8gb themes work on the samsung i8510 phone how cool is this i have a couple of themes on my phone i will do a video of it tomorrow showing it.
as if samsung are better than S.E, samsung are crap. now theyre using symbian they might improve, the only thing good about samsung are the looks, it struggles to do any feature good including texting
Hope the 8mp cam is actually anygood the U900 5mp wasnt any better than my sony p990 with 2mp very dissapointing, this looks like it will be a lot better.
i'm lookin for the right phone for me. i liked N85, but found out you have to pay for the navigator.. with this one its free right? route 66? i'm only wondering.. how is the mp3 player? is it a little advanced? like.. choose genre, artists and playlists and stuff.. or only songs. and just have to play them and press next eerytime? and is the FM radio good? i need a all in one phone.. Navi, radio, mp3, good camera and just a phone to call and text with
yes m8, the n96 is just a slighty updated n95, this has alot better hardware and software than the n96, although the n96 is an incredible phone this is far better.

if features is more important to u and willing to sacrifice the touchscreen UI..go for this phone..but if ur after the touch UI and looks...choose iphone or tocco..

with 8 megapixel one could only get seriously shit photos. Do not expect anything more than the number of pixels (from these "lens")!-Now samsung can proudly announce that all the unusable photos can be printed in A4 size :) here we go
nokia are releasing nokia n96 as the 1st model then they will release a nokia n96i with a crazy 8.3 megapixel camera. and 32gb inbuilt memory. keep a look out. they did this with nokia n95 then they released one with 8gb built in. its just the same

sometimes you need to wait more than 20 minutes before gps locates satellites just be patient

It's an unlocked GSM, so if you have a service that has sim cards, you can put your sim card in it.
