Guys, don't think this is an issue anymore. Saw an ad of Gramercy in the newspapers last December. It has a license to sell. These guys don't deserve this offensive post. Di scam ito.
Just a public service announcement of sorts. This is from the Manila Standard dated Nov. 9, 2007. It's from Emil Jurado. FYI lang po:
"Pick those developed by known and competent property developers like the Ayalas, Andrew Tan of Megaworld and Empire East, the Gokongweis, Century Properties, the Gotianums of Filinvest, Henry Sy, and others who deliver what they promise, and even do it earlier than targeted."
So tama pala my mom. Hehe. Am posting this in other related posts. Thanks!
I was surprised about this post actually given that my mom bought a 2-bedroom at Gramercy so I told her about this. She shrugged it off. She worked in another real estate company before and she said that it's just like getting a traffic ticket daw and she's even surprised that anyone even wrote about it.
Sabi niya Century daw has been delivering for 10 years na ata kaya no reason to panic.

yeah i think the word scam is overkill. the article is also one-sided, never bothered to get the other side's comment

Hindi naman siguro "scam" yan.
In my opinion, that issue is irrelevant. I wouldn't be surprised if all real estate companies have encountered this issue at one point.
