I do not think Tobi is apart of the Uzumaki Clan. The reason why is because the Uzumaki Clan specialized in sealing Jutsu. And Tobi has not done any sealing lately. Also he does not have Blonde hair.

I think i got a good theory: Tobi , is a remainder of Madara Uchiha's Chakra after the battle with hasirima. because he said once i am a former shell of myself, not only that he never fights only when it's necessary. Well here is a theory. What if Madara had an accomplice or a successor that has not been revealed yet. Think about it.. Tobi knows everything about Madara and his life. They both have the same plan. And they both know of each other. Tobi isn't Madara because it shows that Kabuto used the real Madara's body to blackmail Tobi. Then also when Naruto stated he will stop Tobi and the other Madara, Tobi got pissed. Also look at Tobi's age he could have been young when Madara was teaching him.
The only thing that really makes sense is that Tobi is Izuna, given Madara's reference to their plan. I believe that is the only presented evidence, but that doesn't mean that's what will happen, in fact I expect it will come out of left field and be something totally random.
i think that the original madara used that jutsu orochimaru planned to use on sasuke to take the body of perhaps Shisui or Kagami and used Shisui's Kotoamatsukami to brainwash either Kagami or shisui to make them believe they were madara, so madara's conscience was was intact and in the body of shisui or kagami

Umm... I don't read the manga, but I think you may be over thinking this a little. They have said he is Madara Uchiha and I don't see any reason to doubt it. If that is not enough for you, then I have two points of evidence to support this.
1. He has the ability to control the Kyubi. That is something noted as being an ability unique to the evolved sharingan that Madara has.
2. The plan to use Uchiha style genjutsu on the moon could only be accomplished by a member of the Uchiha clan.
@42jemini You HAVE to read the manga to understand some concepts. Madara was brought back through the Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Impure World Resurrection). So that completely offsets Tobi stating that he is Madara. Which raises the question, Who the fuck is Tobi? Also to control the Kyuubi you just need an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. So unless Tobi is Madara's alter ego, Tobi =/= Madara. I recommend you read the manga, it's fun.

I still think it is someone from the Uzumaki Clan (Eddy Clan), he has the sealing chains that Kushina used and if you look at his mask prior to the latest one, it resembles the clan's symbol the swirl which is on the back of Konaha's vests. Something tells me we will get a flashback and explanation of what exactly happened to this village as it was destroyed and it will come when Tobi reveals who he is.

I really feel like Tobi is an Uzumaki, it would be really cool if Tobi was naruto's uncle or grandfather on his mothers side. Maybe Kushina had a brother or father that we havent seen or heard of yet. That would explain why he knows Nagota, because they were both from the uzumaki clan. It would also explain Tobi's vitality, longevity, and mastery of sealing techniques.

I think i got a good theory: Tobi , is a remainder of Madara Uchiha's Chakra after the battle with hasirima. because he said once i am a former shell of myself, not only that he never fights only when it's necessary. Minato could send chakra to someone's mental state and life there so maybe Madara knows a more advanced form of this ninjutsu

Well here is a theory. What if Madara had an accomplice or a successor that has not been revealed yet. Think about it.. Tobi knows everything about Madara and his life. They both have the same plan. And they both know of each other. Tobi isn't Madara because it shows that Kabuto used the real Madara's body to blackmail Tobi. Then also when Naruto stated he will stop Tobi and the other Madara, Tobi got pissed. Also look at Tobi's age he could have been young when Madara was teaching him.

The only thing that really makes sense is that Tobi is Izuna, given Madara's reference to their plan. I believe that is the only presented evidence, but that doesn't mean that's what will happen, in fact I expect it will come out of left field and be something totally random.

i think that the original madara used that jutsu orochimaru planned to use on sasuke to take the body of perhaps Shisui or Kagami and used Shisui's Kotoamatsukami to brainwash either Kagami or shisui to make them believe they were madara, so madara's conscience was was intact and in the body of shisui or kagami

Tobi is a clone, like Zetsu, created by Madara when he knew he was close to death so that he could be revived. The clone is like Zetsu, as seen when Tobi got infected by Torune's nanomite insects, and he ripped his arm off and it was the same as white Zetsu. He has all of Madara's memories and preserved Madara's Rinnegan and gave it to Nagato so that he could use the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life technique to restore Madara back to full health and power.

@xGoldx15 I agree because I think Kishimoto had a plan for Tobi's real identity, but us fans who keep guessing and guessing and putting videos online of our predictions which causes Kishimoto to change the story. Masashi likes to surprise people and be unpredictable, but I kind of blame the fans for Kishimoto not revealing Tobi unmasked sooner. Imagine, having to rewrite a character over and over again because your fans are smart enough figure it out. Sometimes i wish the predictions would stop

Umm... I don't read the manga, but I think you may be over thinking this a little. They have said he is Madara Uchiha and I don't see any reason to doubt it. If that is not enough for you, then I have two points of evidence to support this.
1. He has the ability to control the Kyubi. That is something noted as being an ability unique to the evolved sharingan that Madara has.
2. The plan to use Uchiha style genjutsu on the moon could only be accomplished by a member of the Uchiha clan.

@42jemini You HAVE to read the manga to understand some concepts. Madara was brought back through the Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Impure World Resurrection). So that completely offsets Tobi stating that he is Madara. Which raises the question, Who the fuck is Tobi? Also to control the Kyuubi you just need an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. So unless Tobi is Madara's alter ego, Tobi =/= Madara. I recommend you read the manga, it's fun.

I still think it is someone from the Uzumaki Clan (Eddy Clan), he has the sealing chains that Kushina used and if you look at his mask prior to the latest one, it resembles the clan's symbol the swirl which is on the back of Konaha's vests. Something tells me we will get a flashback and explanation of what exactly happened to this village as it was destroyed and it will come when Tobi reveals who he is.
