  • you're adorable, can cook and in shape :D

  • how long would this take?

  • Yummy.. Will have to try this sometime..

  • tasty and healthy

  • Just made this and switch it up with banana cream muscle milk and grinded oats up before using them and I was not expecting it to be any good for some reason, but it is actually pretty good, will try chocolate next time. I give it a thumbs up.

  • Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

  • Can I make this in the oven instead of the microwave?

  • malk! ^^ funny. good video tho =]

  • If u add bout a tablespoon or so of all natural applesauce to any protein cake or brownie it makes them moist and u don't taste it at all

  • boutta use this for my bulk

  • its milk not melk lol

  • Sweet Jesus, 515 calories!?

  • Concept is great. But the flavor is off. Like eating brown sweetend chalk. Must be my protein powder. Will keep tweaking the recepie

  • this is sooooo good and is so easy to make!!!

  • Fuck me i used baking powder that expired 4 years ago.

  • So:

You do crazy workouts and you cook.

    Are you single? :)

  • There is something radically wrong with people who don't like cinnamon! :-)

Thank you Michael for another great recipe!

  • You should get a protein powder sponsor.

  • Love your channel. I think that I've hit the favorite button on every one of your recipes. Lol. Would love to see that low fat/fat free Alfredo sauce. Hope it's in the works.

  • suggestion for the protein pancakes... make a large batch, and freeze what you don't use right away. That way you can simply microwave, or toaster a couple for a super fast breakfast. I do it all the time. In fact, I tend to plan most of my meals for the week with large batch cooking on the week-end. The little bit of planning goes a long way to following a healthy diet, rather than binge on cookies or nutella when u run into a time crunch

  • Do you ever use Wheat Germ and is that a substitute for oats?

  • I have actually take something similar for breakfas for almost one year, except that I dont use any kind of baking powder and i cook it in the pan, so its more like an ommelete

  • What kind of Baking powder are you using?

  • im 17 and how much Carbonhydrates may i have per day to maintain weight?

  • @Ge4rsofWar Ok i can see that your daily caloric intake should be 4.156 calories, so carbs should be arouns 400-450 g per day.

  • Comment removed

  • @Ge4rsofWar depends on things like age, weight, and height. im 6'7", 270ish lbs, and require a minimum of 2600 calories a day :p should be able to find a few formulas on google

  • @Ge4rsofWar

It really depends how tall you are and how much you weigh

Im on a 1200-1500 calories atm (im 160 pounds, 5 feet 8 inches tall)

and when im maintaining weight when im not cutting fat

1/3 of my calories (2000 when maintaining) come from carbs, and it seems to work for me, but everyone is

    different, theres no magic formula,

  • I watched your vids all the time, but never really had all the ingredients. But this time i had everything and i gave it a shot, and damn it was tasty. Great videos man, keep em coming :)

  • I have a near exact recipe to make little muffins for breakfast, which I cook in the oven.

Why do you use microwave over oven if it is so much more hassle and could mess it up if you don't cook it for the exact amount of time?

  • looks good Mister Kory :)

  • does the milk make it more moist? cuz i tried to make the protein brownie. That shit was so dry and rubbery.

  • does the milk make it more moist? cuz i tried to make the protein brownie. That shit was so dry and rubbery.

  • wouldn't taste weird because your cooking the egg in the microwave?

  • I made another one of your protein cakes a month ago...but forgot the pam. The baking dish is still soaking in the sink.

  • i took a SHIT it was shhmelly globby chunky thick solid creamy as fuu cuzzz. toilet paper called for backup. baby wipes came too late . upon arrival tp was covered in shit, coulnd't breathe, helpless, scared.

  • @mofuckinrambo LMFAO!!!

  • Where's the bbq sauce?

  • great video ill try this tomorrow

  • when i succeed in my 40 year world domination plan, i'm going to have you captured and you will make breakfast for me every day, and there's nothing you can do about it!!!

  • @scottfser LOL

  • michael you should really think about having an awkward clip of you eating the food at the end of the clip ;)

  • where do you get that big bag of stevia

  • Is it ok to cook the raw egg whites for just like 1 minute?

  • @TheZackarios Liquid egg whites are pasteurized, so there are no risks like raw eggs.

  • @th3m1ke - Thank you for explaining that. I want to make some egg white protein shakes, but I know people would freak out even though they are pasteurized.

  • @leanbodylifestyle No problem Mike! Do it - just say it in the beginning and define "pasteurization" haha I love putting egg whites in my protein, its an easy way to thicken it and add extra protein. You're always going to have a few hecklers, just don't let them get to you!

  • @th3m1ke If I extract the egg whites myself from some eggs, is this ok?

  • @TheZackarios I mean I personally would be 100% fine with it. You are essentially cooking it anyway by microwaving it on top of it being a small amount of egg to begin with. It's really up to you, though.

  • Michael- How long have you bin working out?

  • Thanks

  • Yayyyy!!

  • @ebrahimturner you can just look at his intro picture.. Pretty sure he's doing just fine

  • You're the baws! So easy to eat healthy!!

  • Thank you so much - it's still a shame that I'm unable to buy protein powder because of my parents :(

  • Can u put this in the fridge to eat cooled like a real cake?

  • hi

  • Can I leave the powder away,or will the cake lose almost all of it´s proteins?

  • @KC4Three My protein powder has 25g of protein for every scoop so you will lose that amount.

  • thanks for recipe

  • 6th

  • another thing for me to make. looks like i found my breakfast tomorrow

  • love the vids keep em coming! :)

  • thanks bro looks great

  • The entire recipe has:

    515 calories

    55g carbs (10g dietary fiber)

    55g protein

It's a very delicious recipe - one of my favorites. Enjoy.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Thanks for all this information! You don't know how easy you're making this for everyone! Now there's NO excuse for lazy people to not count their calories! Thanks again bro!

  • @leanbodylifestyle anyway i can ease myself into this. i see each recipe, love how it looks and take your word for it tasting great but i'm a little intimidated at tackling the kitchen.

  • :D leanbody lifestyle
