Just made this and switch it up with banana cream muscle milk and grinded oats up before using them and I was not expecting it to be any good for some reason, but it is actually pretty good, will try chocolate next time. I give it a thumbs up.
Love your channel. I think that I've hit the favorite button on every one of your recipes. Lol. Would love to see that low fat/fat free Alfredo sauce. Hope it's in the works.
suggestion for the protein pancakes... make a large batch, and freeze what you don't use right away. That way you can simply microwave, or toaster a couple for a super fast breakfast. I do it all the time. In fact, I tend to plan most of my meals for the week with large batch cooking on the week-end. The little bit of planning goes a long way to following a healthy diet, rather than binge on cookies or nutella when u run into a time crunch
I have actually take something similar for breakfas for almost one year, except that I dont use any kind of baking powder and i cook it in the pan, so its more like an ommelete
@Ge4rsofWar depends on things like age, weight, and height. im 6'7", 270ish lbs, and require a minimum of 2600 calories a day :p should be able to find a few formulas on google
I watched your vids all the time, but never really had all the ingredients. But this time i had everything and i gave it a shot, and damn it was tasty. Great videos man, keep em coming :)
i took a SHIT it was shhmelly globby chunky thick solid creamy as fuu cuzzz. toilet paper called for backup. baby wipes came too late . upon arrival tp was covered in shit, coulnd't breathe, helpless, scared.
when i succeed in my 40 year world domination plan, i'm going to have you captured and you will make breakfast for me every day, and there's nothing you can do about it!!!
@th3m1ke - Thank you for explaining that. I want to make some egg white protein shakes, but I know people would freak out even though they are pasteurized.
@leanbodylifestyle No problem Mike! Do it - just say it in the beginning and define "pasteurization" haha I love putting egg whites in my protein, its an easy way to thicken it and add extra protein. You're always going to have a few hecklers, just don't let them get to you!
@TheZackarios I mean I personally would be 100% fine with it. You are essentially cooking it anyway by microwaving it on top of it being a small amount of egg to begin with. It's really up to you, though.
@leanbodylifestyle Thanks for all this information! You don't know how easy you're making this for everyone! Now there's NO excuse for lazy people to not count their calories! Thanks again bro!
@leanbodylifestyle anyway i can ease myself into this. i see each recipe, love how it looks and take your word for it tasting great but i'm a little intimidated at tackling the kitchen.

@Ge4rsofWar
It really depends how tall you are and how much you weigh
Im on a 1200-1500 calories atm (im 160 pounds, 5 feet 8 inches tall)
and when im maintaining weight when im not cutting fat
1/3 of my calories (2000 when maintaining) come from carbs, and it seems to work for me, but everyone is
different, theres no magic formula,

I have a near exact recipe to make little muffins for breakfast, which I cook in the oven.
Why do you use microwave over oven if it is so much more hassle and could mess it up if you don't cook it for the exact amount of time?

@TheZackarios Liquid egg whites are pasteurized, so there are no risks like raw eggs.
