i have #1803 in the Chicago-land area. i used to work at a car wash and the previous owner would bring it in every once and a while. i loved the way it looked. later on i got a job at a string of audi/ land rover/ jaguar/ volvo/ subaru dealers and the guy traded it in for an audi q7 (i think) and i had a down payment ready for this thing within a week of having it at the dealer :). bought it with 41,111 miles! and with my employee discount of course. $9,980 aint too bad!

RS1 is the only scion tc in red...2500 made...front strut bar...engine cap ascents...labeled mats...red and black seats...different grill..other than that...thats about it..no real performance mods...still a cool car though.^_^

the Release Series 1.0 came with a few different features Hotchkis Strut Bar, AEM Battery Tie Down, AEM Oil Cap, Obv The wheels, special door sills and floor mats seats all follow the red and black color scheme and of course one of the most sought after tC grills, they only made 2500 and many are wrecked so theyre very rare to come by one with low miles

What's good about the tC release series:

RS1 = rims

RS2 = color

RS3 = body kit

RS4 = seats

Too bad none had performance upgrades, but they were pretty good buys. I like the RS series since it lessens the chance of running into someone with an exact same color/equiped car.

I saw wheels like the one used in this video for sale @ the Toyota/Scion dealerships although they are silver. They are nice and I am thinking in getting some.
