I own the original for my SNES I have beaten it only like twice in my life. Once when I was 11 I think, and the next when I was 19. The reason is because the SNES was at my Grandpa's house before finally owned the system. Remaking a game dosen't ruin it and whining about it is not gonna stop people from doing it because there are always going to be gamers that like it like me. Plus there is a new generation that unfortunately doesn't like 2-D games.

Diff'rent strokes and all that. I love that look. That's the way they originaly looked when they had their masks on.

it among other things was changed for the goofy cartoon show but the original design is obviously the more lasting version hence why it's used for the modern versions.

I have ZA, you're not missing much. It gets boring fast. While I do agree with you the remake isn't that great I actually enjoy it better than ZA.

Probably cuz I grew up with the turtles and am still wishing the game was made better...

Yeah, i grew up with Turtles too, my 4 year old son loves it so its not a complete waste of money. I downloaded the demo of ZA and agree with you, the novelty wore of after a while, i think i might still buy it though.

they missed the techno drome level on this game :( and the two guys you fight at this end of that level you fight at the end of the ship instead off rock steady and bibop (soz about spelling)

It's based on the arcade version, not the SNES version, which changed things.

This game is based on the arcade version. The SNES version had different bosses and additional levels. This is a good update of the arcade version. It plays better.

i did play the original both in arcades, which this version is based on, and for the snes:) me and my brother loved the game because we loved turtles and we could both play together. this game is just an update of the arcade version so if you had such fond memories it will be like a trip down memory lane. i have a ps3 and although it is not out yet for the ps3 I will gladly buy it the first day to relive those childhood memories. so again if you don't like it don't buy it its not complicated
