in another interview she said she does cardio & eats alot of protein..very little carbs..what i do is eat whole wheat everything, nooo white bread/pasta, fruit, eggs, fish & chicken...just run a mile everyday..i know it seems like alot but a mile only takes like 20 minutes & i run a lap, then walk, then run, then walk..around a track do that & in 4 weeks you'll be good..let me know how it goes..good luck!

Well, I've watched interviews with her at brazilian TV and she was not dumb. It must be the language, maybe she doesn't can express very well in english.
