This is gonna sound really nooby, but how did you get the server manager?

being a noob is when you are arrogant and don't wanna learn..not when you are willing to learn something new :)

click on start->Administrative Tools->Server Manager

OR

just type "Server Manager" in the search box of the start panel and voila, you will get the result
