Thank you, I enjoyed playing the prelude. I have many more of the preludes and have not played them. I have been playing Barrios recently instead of Tarrega and it is so hard for me.
It's obvious you have a well qualified instructor and you are a talented pupil. Your tecqnique, the toneproduction and the recorded sound quality constantly improves! I enjoy your YT-page!
Why thank you Tor! I now have the recording angle worked out so any poor sound is now only my fault.
I have been working at technique and tone; I am becoming more sensitive to tonal quality. I also have a very nice guitar. I cringe at some of my earlier videos but that is where I was technically at the time.
No one has been able to tell me what the SEM is so I am assuming it is the person or group that cataloged the collection. I know there is a music society in Spain that would have the same initials. I was drawn to this one because of the scale and arpeggio pattern but really for the last chord. I sent you the link for the collection. I would love to hear you play one. Soon I will move on to another one but one of P. Kindgren's pieces moved ahead in priority.
I responded but don't see my comment here! Thank you Athan. I finally have settings that work on the microphone preamp that don't saturate the camera. Now problems with the music are solely me.
I hope to hear something from you this spring, promise?
I enjoy listening to you play. We have been tricked here! This morning there was 4 inches of snow! I am maintaining a sense of humor about it though.
you made the spring come faster with your nice Tarrega. Would you please play in Germany too? It´s so damned cold here that the flowers don´t want to grow.
sounds great!

This Tarrega's prelude is totally new to me. An interesting piece. I wonder that what S.E.M. stand for ?

Hi Sabine,
Happy Easter to you as well. Glad your weather has turned warm and perhaps you will all enjoy a sunny Easter.
After I posted my video we received 10 cm of snow! So much for bringing the sunshine.
I look forward to hearing more great guitar from you.
Enjoy your day.

Hi Tim! I have a few things in the works but I need
to sit down and record. I have been practicing
rather systematically and I hope it helps. - Athan

Hi Sabine,
Ah yes, a weather guitarist or is that a weathered guitarist?
Well, we have had starts and stops for our spring (it snowed today). I would love to play in Germany, we have family roots there.
While we are starting to get flowers blooming, these pictures are from last spring and we are a couple of weeks from a real splash of color.
Appreciate your comment.
