you like, saw that little girl, and then changed in the stephmother,

and then you saw flashbacks of the stephmother scenes, but then the little girl, and not the stephmother, kinda weird end xD

Su-Mi, from all the trauma and guilt she's induced, developed a multiple personality disorder so she was imagining herself to be the stepmother at the same time. Confusing to some but to me, not so much. I disliked the stepmother in the film very much. Su-Mi shouldn't have felt any guilt- it was her fault. She had to be a home-wrecking bitch and let Su-Yeon die because she wanted to have the father all to herself with no girls. Glad the mom's ghost gave it to her good. -.-

The story is about two sisters that go home after an unknown illness and strange things start to happen in their house. That's all I'm going to say. IT is a beautiful story not to be missed.

And to answer your second question it's filmed in South Korea which has beautiful scenery throughout the film.
