The video states it was filmed in the United Arab Emirates. We can tell it's faked because the camera moves look too artificial, and the rain is definitely superimposed. The picture gets very grainy with moderate zoom, suggesting this was shot in HD and then the zooms added later in post-production. As were the UFOs :)

HEY! I saw a ufo like the brightly lit ones on Nokomis beach here in florida last weekend at about 1:30 PM probably like 8 degrees away from the sun. It was hovering for probably about 10 minutes at what i would have guessed to be like 60,000 ft. but hwat interests me is the little extra bit of light coming off the round portion of the body at 1min 36 sec on your video . it was MUCH higher up but i thought i saw some additional light around the main center portion...
