Im from Portugal but i had already noticed Belgium is growing a lot of new talent.

With the experience they will gather from international club football, we can expect the Belgium national team to grow stronger and stronger.

I expect Belgium to become a contender for euros and worldcups in the next years, its definetely going to be a team to watch out for the very least!

Geweldig voetbalelftal? Misschien. Het heeft een goed elftal maar bewijst keer op keer het tegendeel tegen andere teams op kwalificaties. Voor al jullie goede spelers spelen jullie nauwelijks goede wedstrijden?

@sounynoma we missen een goede aanvallende middenvelder met een goede pas waardoor de opbouw van de aanval soms te traag verloopt. teveel defensieve middenvelders. witsel, defour, fellaini, simons, er zit zo niet echt een sneijder/gotze/ozïl type bij. Opt moment vult witsel meestal die rol in maar dat is niet zijn beste positie. Daar komt nog bij dat de coach een mongool is.

Kompany is definitely one of the best defenders in the world. Hazard, Courtois are world talents as well. I'm from Belgian and I do not think that I should be upset that we did not qualify for Euro 2k12 as our current team is WAY better than at the start of the Euro qualifications. I am pretty sure we will qualify for 2k14 with this team. To top it all, missing some top talents like Hazard would not even be a disaster as we have talent enough to replace players like him. Also, well done Leekens.

Thats exactly what i thought one year ago. Eden Hazard played magnificent in the national team, i was surprised he was born in 91. Lukaku is the second biggest prodigy in the world after Josh McEachran, Kevin Mirallas played for Lille at 16, Curtois is a monster he could be the best goalie for the next 10 ysAnd the defence aint bad either:Vermaelen, Kompany, Vertonghen, Van den Borre. Midfield got youth with Fallaini as well. And Mertens is scoring like crazy in PSV. Damn, Belgium cuming up.

I see only three players of superb quality. Courtois, Kompany and Hazard. The defense is good, but far from exceptional. The midfield is very promising with Witsel, Defour and Mertens, but the first two should play regularly at their club.

De Camargo is a good striker, but Lukaku has the best prospects if he gets more playing time. At the end of the day, Kompany and Vermaelen are the only regulars in an internation top team.

The manager changed the formation of the team to fit in Witsel at benfica, so i think it is safe to say he plays regularly in a European Sub-top team. I aggree the problem at the moment is a good efficient striker..

It's a promising group of players with no results until now. They should qualify first before you call them a dark horse for 2014. Anyway, there's still much more quality in teams like Germany, England, Holland, Spain, Argentina and Brazil.
