@mkr10001 XBMC gets them automatically from IMDB and TheTVDB. You just have to make sure you have the files named in a format that XBMC can compare with those sites. You can find out about that on the XBMC wiki
@DavidRGilson Have you heard of Ember Media Manager? I think that's pretty good. Bit more control over the files. Can be a bit of a hassle to set up first time though.
@mkr10001 Hadn't heard of it. Not much use to me either, doesn't run on Linux, and looks like a desktop application rather than something that would run on the family TV.
@DavidRGilson woops my bad. Yeah you run that separately from XBMC, choose the fanart and banners/posters. Can reduce the dimensions and quality of the images if you want to save some space. XBMC then uses those files instead of scraping for them itself
@DavidRGilson This was one of our early problems with people renaming their own files so now we rely on our thumbprint tech to match files against our DB of ~30M media records. Now QVIVO picks up any file we throw at it no matter the name.
I do not have the icons on the top enabled .
How do i enable them?

What do you use to get artwork for your films and tv shows?
