@normane05 All Presidents (and newscasters) use a teleprompter. They allow the President to look straight at the camera while speaking. It gives the impression that the President is speaking from the heart, instead of just reading off a prepared script.

Certainly, a Physical Therapy major wouldn't be qualified, but oh, say...a political science major, law major, etc, who also takes history classes, economics classes, etc., would come out of college much more prepared for such an endeavor. @normane05 All Presidents (and newscasters) use a teleprompter. They allow the President to look straight at the camera while speaking. It gives the impression that the President is speaking from the heart, instead of just reading off a prepared script.
Some Presidents (inlcuding Mr. Obama) have occasionally been caught off guard by technical glitches. They get into "the flow", and if the prompter stops, they either don't have written notes, or can't find where they left off.

Sarah Palmin, here is a tip: Next time you can't remember your own core principles, six whole words, put your cheater notes on the BACK of your hand. That way, when you hold up your palms while delivering your speech (reading off notes on the podium), people can't see the writing. Also too, you don't have to turn your hand over to cheat when being read the questions you had during rehearsal, where you first found out you couldn't remember your planned answers. Also jobs too.

Anyone who has ever listened to Limbaugh for more than 5 minutes has heard him criticize Republicans, and yes, even the last 8 years. He mostly criticizes Democrats because he's a conservative. @lacrossguy06 Presidents need to do speeches almost every day, sometimes more than once a day. If they say the wrong word they can get in trouble so I understand teleprompters are ok for speeches. In Palin's case, the guy asked a simple question and she couldn't remember the 3 most important things without loking at her hand. My friend, she might be a good person in her private life, but she is a complete moron. She lacks understanding of some very simple things. She thinks Africa is a country.

The best solution is to slowky pull out and out in an international peacekeeping force. And then keep spies and intel on the inside of Iraq and Afghanistan to find out about plots before they take root. I don;t want American blood spilled for their internal struggles.
