The Quran is written on Aramaic/Arabic dialect of the Quraish tribe. This is not the mainstream arab dialect today even in Saudi Arabia. Quraishes are in Western and central arabia only. This is the reason why Quran is mistranslated and misunderstood today. Not many muslims who call themselves "scholars" do not even speak the Quran dialect. Many Arabs do not understand the Qruan.

There is some truth that there are mistranslations and misunderstanding in Quran. It is written in Aramaic/Arabic dialect which is not in use today in Saudi Arabia or anywhere else. There are words and phrases that has many meanings leading to many interpretation and at the same time allow intentional distortion such as incest, apostasy and adultery. Many muslim men believe that they can have sex with their daughters.
