For writers block, reread everything you wrote while picturing it as a movie, and when you hit your stopping point, hopefully you have enough mental images in your mind to continue.

it's a little slow but it's about 1930's military spies in china with superpowers and deals with a lot of real events that happened pre-WWII. historical scifi seems like your thing iirc
