If this was a nail-biting tricks instruction video I'd say this was really excellent. If this guy had talent, a good sound and the looks of a guitar hero this would have been very interesting. I mean, really...
His tech knowledge is great, and as a teacher, his confidence will develop with time and experience. One question I have ........ Who is he??? Where is Steve vai??
@carlkingcreative hmmm yeah he and many other technically sound guitarists like Joe Satriani and Steve Vai use the same technique. I find it really hard to keep my fingers close to the guitars especially my pinky, as soon as i play a note i tend to lift my fingers off and bring them back down later to play the next note. I was hoping Neal would cover this in a future channel lesson.
Neal, i had a request could you tell us how to keep the movements minimum, i usually lift my fingers too far up after i play a note. I noticed some better guitar players only raise their fingers about 0.5 cm or so, could you suggest some exercises or tips to keep our finger movements minimum.
He plays with his hair rubbing it in the other guy's face. 4:32
