  • Do ALL USA Presidents play Saxamaphorn?? SEE Ronald Reagan behind EC in the first pikky!!! LOL! Seriously, Eddie could do NO wrong way back in the old R&R days......poor lad was WAY ahead of his time. I & millions simply worshipped him & I feel SO privileged to have been a witness that which was a worldwide 'movement' which we all thought would last for ever but sadly didn't.......listen to today's unoriginal drivel for proof. But then, it has ALL been done before has it not?

  • i didn't think there could be a better version of this song than chuck's...i was wrong

  • That´s really good old rock ´n roll. Where have you been all my life?

Whooah! Vibrations from a bygone period of great rock music!

Also check up some pearls from the 60s: For instance, THE ZETTLERS!

Listen to their versions of SKINNIE MINNIE and BEAUTIFUL DELILAH.

    What amazing expression and feeling.

  • The story I got was that he was conceived when his family lived in Oklahoma and born after his family moved to MN. I like to think his family always claimed to be from Oklahoma and he just went along with it without thinking too much about it. That is all!

  • This was recorded for the UK Granada TV show "Boy Meets Girls" produced by Jack Good. The video no longer exists. It was recorded at ABC TV Studios, Parrswood Road, Didsbury, Manchester UK on 19 February 1960, and broadcast on TV on 27 February. It was most recently released in 2008 on the CD "Eddie Cochran Live Performances 1957-1960", Rockstar Records RSRCD030.

  • Still one of the best versions ever of this Berry classic

  • Disappointing. I thought I was going to SEE a live performance. I already have the recording.

  • leoseries, "Disapointing", what planet are you living on? It might bee some forgotten and dusted tapes in the vaults of BBC but no, nada, nilch guarantees given. You know that they made several footages of ED but they overdubbed it I( rnroll still considered a 'fad' ). So if you find any from the 1960 UK tour you call/write/type/scream or send a whithe pidgeon to me. I give you bundle of $ w hatever you get. 'Slippery' Dick may also have something live w/Ed...who knows?
