Kay you are the problem in washington.. the Democrat controlled Senate has not submitted a budget in over 800 days.. if you want to point fingers... I suggest you look in the mirror. Do your job and stop whining.

Very well stated Senator. Now if the rest of the folks in Washington will actually HEAR what you had to say, maybe this issue will get resolved and other pressing issues can be given their due consideration.
