i got stuck on like the last part of the east wing, because i can't kill this guy! ( i only lvl 6 cause i got the goty edition, so i did some wasteland quests then went on this, and its way to hard!

@BlackSabbath612 the last guy on te east wing, after you clear the snooker table, i got stuck cause im out of ammo, i sold like everything to buy a ticket onto the boat:L

@TheBornGamer Well, when out of ammo, the last resort is to find a melee weapon. And search every corpse. Don't be afraid to stock up on ammo - it's practically weightless.
