Great knockout. I have one suggestion...keep your hands up. In TKD its easy to get kod because the guard is down and you can't punch the head.

i never understood why in taekwondo they never guard the head.. i mean ffs.. they always aim for it.. why let the hands hanging down? that would never happen to a kick boxer, muay thai practitioner , karateka etc.. to block or avoid a backspin kick is pretty easy if it is the first attack..

@polikariolis Thats because there 2 different types of taekwondo, this type is were the legs are only use and other one use legs as well as hands technique and it is more of a close contact were guard is always up. Im doing that second one so I know somthing about it.
